【摘要】：目的探討使用真空負(fù)壓引流技術(shù)治療糖尿病足的臨床效果。方法回顧性分析2012年3月~2016年3月糖尿病足56例臨床資料,28例采用真空負(fù)壓引流技術(shù)(觀察組),28例傳統(tǒng)換藥(對(duì)照組)。比較2組創(chuàng)面愈合結(jié)果、截肢率及住院時(shí)間。結(jié)果 56例創(chuàng)面均愈合(包括截肢創(chuàng)面)。觀察組瘢痕愈合、植皮愈合、截肢分別為9例、18例、1例,對(duì)照組為7例、10例、11例,觀察組明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(Z=-2.179,P=0.029)。觀察組住院時(shí)間(28.1±2.0)d,截肢率3.6%(1例);對(duì)照組住院時(shí)間(51.3±6.3)d,截肢率39.3%(11例)。觀察組住院時(shí)間、截肢率均明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(t=-18.453,P=0.000;χ~2=10.606,P=0.001)。結(jié)論相較于傳統(tǒng)換藥方法,真空負(fù)壓引流技術(shù)能明顯促進(jìn)糖尿病足創(chuàng)面愈合,縮短病程,并降低截肢率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of vacuum negative pressure drainage in the treatment of diabetic foot. Methods the clinical data of 56 cases of diabetic foot from March 2012 to March 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. 28 cases of diabetic foot were treated with vacuum negative pressure drainage (observation group, 28 cases with traditional dressing change) (control group, 28 cases). The results of wound healing, amputation rate and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups. Results 56 cases were healed (including amputation wound). Scar healing, skin graft healing and amputation were found in 18 cases in the observation group and 11 cases in the control group, respectively.
