【摘要】：強(qiáng)直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis,AS)新骨形成可直接導(dǎo)致脊柱放射學(xué)進(jìn)展,并可改變脊柱的功能狀態(tài),從而嚴(yán)重影響患者的生活質(zhì)量。Wnt通路和BMP通路是AS新骨形成的主要信號通路,多種免疫分子通過調(diào)節(jié)其中的關(guān)鍵分子DKK1和BMP而影響新骨的形成。炎癥和脂肪沉積也在AS骨贅形成中發(fā)揮重要作用。本文綜述近幾年國內(nèi)外對AS新骨形成機(jī)制、影響因素和放射學(xué)進(jìn)展方面的研究現(xiàn)狀。
[Abstract]:The formation of new bone in ankylosing spondylitis ASA can directly lead to the progression of spinal radiology and change the functional state of the spine, thus seriously affecting the quality of life of patients. Wnt pathway and BMP pathway are the main signaling pathways for as new bone formation. Many immune molecules affect the formation of new bone by regulating the key molecules DKK1 and BMP. Inflammation and fat deposition also play an important role in as osteophyte formation. This paper reviews the recent progress in the research on the mechanism, influencing factors and radiology of as new bone formation at home and abroad.
