【摘要】：目的探討益賽普聯(lián)合甲氨蝶呤對老年類風濕關節(jié)炎(RA)患者的臨床療效及其對患者血清C反應蛋白(CRP)、白細胞介素(IL)-1及腫瘤壞死因子(TNF)-α水平的影響。方法 68例老年RA患者隨機分成研究組和對照組各34例,對照組給予口服甲氨蝶呤15 mg治療,1次/w;研究組在對照組的基礎上給予皮下注射益賽普25 mg,2次/w。比較兩組治療前后臨床癥狀的改善情況以及不良反應發(fā)生情況,采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法(ELISA)于治療前后分別檢測患者血清中CRP、IL-1及TNF-α水平。結(jié)果研究組治療后的關節(jié)觸痛數(shù)、關節(jié)腫脹數(shù)、晨僵持續(xù)時間以及視覺模擬疼痛評分(VAS)顯著低于對照組(P0.05),血清CRP、IL-1及TNF-α水平顯著低于對照組,不良反應發(fā)生率顯著低于對照組(均P0.05)。結(jié)論益賽普聯(lián)合甲氨蝶呤可有效改善老年RA患者的臨床癥狀,降低患者血清CRP、IL-1及TNF-α水平,不良反應發(fā)生率較低,值得用于臨床。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of Isop combined with methotrexate (MTX) on the serum levels of C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin-1 (IL-1-) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF- 偽) in elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods Sixty-eight elderly patients with RA were randomly divided into study group (n = 34) and control group (n = 34). The improvement of clinical symptoms and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The serum levels of CRPP-IL-1 and TNF- 偽 were detected by Elisa before and after treatment. Results the number of joint tenderness, joint swelling, duration of morning stiffness and visual analogue pain score in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.05), and the levels of serum CRPN IL-1 and TNF- 偽 were significantly lower than those in the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group (all P 0.05). Conclusion Isoproprin combined with methotrexate can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and decrease the serum levels of CRPnIL-1 and TNF- 偽 in elderly patients with RA, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low, which is worthy of clinical use.
