【摘要】：目的在中西醫(yī)學(xué)理論以及計(jì)算機(jī)自適應(yīng)的指導(dǎo)下,運(yùn)用經(jīng)典測(cè)試?yán)碚摵同F(xiàn)代項(xiàng)目測(cè)試反應(yīng)理論進(jìn)行研制原發(fā)性骨質(zhì)疏松癥患者報(bào)告結(jié)局量表。方法通過(guò)成立研究組,制定量表的基本特征,規(guī)范基本概念和術(shù)語(yǔ),構(gòu)建量表的理論框架,收集所有關(guān)于骨質(zhì)疏松癥患者條目的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),經(jīng)過(guò)條目庫(kù)構(gòu)建和條目的初步篩選,初步概念框架的修訂,條目定性評(píng)閱,專(zhuān)家評(píng)閱,認(rèn)知采訪,制定出調(diào)查量表的初稿,然后現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查,收集380例骨質(zhì)疏松癥患者報(bào)告的條目以及92例健康者對(duì)照,進(jìn)行定性研究,運(yùn)用經(jīng)典測(cè)試?yán)碚摲椒ê同F(xiàn)代項(xiàng)目反應(yīng)理論等方法綜合篩選以得出最終的原發(fā)性骨質(zhì)疏松癥PRO量表。結(jié)果經(jīng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查,整理數(shù)據(jù),通過(guò)6種分析綜合評(píng)價(jià),從71個(gè)條目的調(diào)查量表中刪除27個(gè)條目,最終建立建立了包括疾病生理、心理、社會(huì)、治療領(lǐng)域4個(gè)領(lǐng)域,疾病表現(xiàn)、全身表現(xiàn)、心理表現(xiàn)、社會(huì)關(guān)系、日常活動(dòng)能力、滿意度等6個(gè)維度,共44個(gè)條目的原發(fā)性骨質(zhì)疏松癥PRO量表。結(jié)論最終研制出包含1個(gè)疾病、4個(gè)領(lǐng)域、6個(gè)維度的44個(gè)條目的骨質(zhì)疏松癥PRO量表。
[Abstract]:Objective under the guidance of Chinese and Western medical theories and computer adaptation, the report outcome scale for patients with primary osteoporosis was developed by using classical test theory and modern item test response theory.Methods by setting up a research group, establishing the basic characteristics of the scale, standardizing the basic concepts and terms, constructing the theoretical framework of the scale, collecting all relevant literature on the patients with osteoporosis, constructing the item database and preliminary screening the items.Revision of the preliminary conceptual framework, qualitative review of entries, expert reviews, cognitive interviews, preparation of the first draft of the questionnaire, field investigation, collection of entries from 380 patients with osteoporosis and 92 healthy controls,The qualitative study was carried out, and the PRO scale for primary osteoporosis was obtained by comprehensive screening with classical test theory and modern item response theory.Results 27 items were deleted from 71 items by field investigation, collated data and 6 kinds of comprehensive evaluation. Finally, 4 fields including disease physiology, psychology, society and treatment were established, and disease manifestation was established.A total of 44 items of PRO scale for primary osteoporosis were included in 6 dimensions of systemic manifestation, psychological performance, social relations, daily activity ability and satisfaction.Conclusion the PRO of osteoporosis was developed with 44 items including 1 disease, 4 domains and 6 dimensions.
