不同民族2型糖尿病患者血清內(nèi)臟脂肪素的比較分析

【摘要】:目的:對(duì)不同民族2型糖尿病患者visfatin水平的比較分析,觀察不同民族間visfatin的變化。方法:隨機(jī)選取三代及三代以上未進(jìn)行異族通婚,在2015年-2016年期間在青海省人民醫(yī)院門診健康體檢者105例(無慢性心臟疾患;肝腎功能正常;年齡小于82歲,大于25歲)。其中漢族36例,回族36例,藏族33例。同時(shí)選取三代及三代以上未進(jìn)行異族通婚,在2015年-2016年期間在我院內(nèi)科病房15樓住院的T2DM患者97例(符合目前國際上通用的WHO診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(1999),年齡小于80歲,大于20歲)。其中漢族34例,回族31例,藏族32例。收集各組患者的年齡、性別、身高、體重、病程;然后收集生化及其它指標(biāo):SUA、ACR、Hb Alc、LDL-C、TC、HDL-C、TG、FPG、PPG、FINS、Hcy、VD3,并對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析和處理。結(jié)果:1、在同一個(gè)民族間,年齡在NG與T2DM組,無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。2、3個(gè)民族間性別所占的構(gòu)成比,在NG與T2DM組,無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。3、對(duì)照組中:(1)visfatin、SUA、TG、PPG、VD3回族均高于漢族,兩者之間有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;TC、HDL-C漢族高于回族,兩者之間有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。(2)visfatin、TG、PPG、VD藏族高于漢族,兩者之間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。(3)Hb A1c、TG、HDL藏族高于回族,兩者之間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。T2DM組中:(1)visfatin、Hb A1c、TG、Hcy,藏族高于漢族,兩組間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;(2)TG、FPG回族高于漢族,兩組間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差意義。(3)visfatin、Hb A1c、HDL-C、Hcy藏族高于回族,兩組間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;回族TG水平高于藏族,兩組間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。同一民族間比較:(1)visfatin、SUA、Hb A1c、TC、TG、HDL-C、ACR、Hcy、FPG、PPG、VD3在同一民族漢族間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。且SUA、Hb A1c、TC、TG、HDL-C、ACR、Hcy、FPG、PPG,T2DM組均高于對(duì)照組;visfatin、VD3對(duì)照組高于T2DM組。(2)Hb A1c、TG、HDL-C、ACR、LDL-C、Hcy、FPG、PPG、VD3在同一民族回族間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。且Hb A1c、TG、ACR、LDL-C、Hcy、FPG、PPG、T2DM組均高于對(duì)照組;HDL-C、VD3對(duì)照組高于T2DM組。(3)visfatin、Hb A1c、TC、TG、HDL-C、ACR、Hcy、FPG、PPG、VD3在同一民族藏族間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,P0.05。且visfatin、Hb A1c、TC、TG、ACR、Hcy、FPG、PPG,T2DM組高于對(duì)照組;HDL-C、VD3對(duì)照組高于T2DM組。4、在非肥胖組中:(1)FPG在回族中高于漢族,兩者之間有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;(2)visfatin藏族高于漢族、回族,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;FPG回族高于藏族,兩者之間有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。在肥胖組中:(1)TG、FPG回族高于漢族,兩者之間有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;(2)visfatin、HDL-C、Hcy藏族高于回族,兩者之間有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;TG回族高于藏族,兩者之間有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;ACR水平藏族均高于漢族、回族,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。同民族間比較:(1)肥胖組漢族、回族、藏族ACR均高于非肥胖組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:在不同民族間2型糖尿病患者中visfatin水平是有差異的,藏族visfatin分別高于回族、漢族;visfatin與T2DM的發(fā)病機(jī)制有著潛在的聯(lián)系,我們今后可能為治療不同民族2型糖尿病患者提供一條新的途徑。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare and analyze the level of visfatin in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus from different nationalities and to observe the changes of visfatin in different nationalities.Methods: 105 patients (no chronic heart disease, normal liver and kidney function, < 82 years old, more than 25 years old) were selected randomly from the third generation and more than three generations who had no interracial marriage in the outpatient clinic of Qinghai Provincial people's Hospital from 2015 to 2016.There were 36 cases of Han nationality, 36 cases of Hui nationality and 33 cases of Tibetan nationality.At the same time, 97 T2DM patients who were not intermarried for three generations or more and hospitalized on the 15th floor of internal medicine ward in our hospital from 2015 to 2016 were selected (according to the current international WHO diagnostic standard / 1999), the age is less than 80 years old and the age is more than 20 years old.There were 34 cases of Han nationality, 31 cases of Hui nationality and 32 cases of Tibetan nationality.The age, sex, height, weight and course of disease of the patients were collected, and then the biochemical and other indexes were collected and analyzed statistically.Results in the same ethnic group, there was no significant difference between the age of NG and T2DM group, there was no significant difference in the proportion of sex composition among the three ethnic groups, and in NG and T2DM group, there was no significant difference in P0.05. 3. In the control group, the proportion of male and female in the control group was higher than that in the Han nationality.There was statistically significant difference between the Han nationality and the Hui nationality in HDL-C between the two groups, and there was a statistical significance between them. There was a significant difference between the two groups. The difference between them was statistically significant. The Hcy of Hcy in HDL-Cy was higher than that of the Hui, and there was statistical significance between the two groups. The ACR level of the Hui nationality was higher than that of the Han nationality, and the level of ACR between the two groups was higher than that of the Han nationality and Hui nationality.The difference is statistically significant.The ACR of Han, Hui and Tibetan in obese group was higher than that in non-obese group, and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: there are differences in the level of visfatin among different nationalities in type 2 diabetes mellitus. The level of visfatin in Tibetan nationality is higher than that in Hui nationality. There is a potential association between visfatin and the pathogenesis of T2DM in Han nationality.We may provide a new approach to the treatment of type 2 diabetes in different nationalities.
