【摘要】：正1 病例簡介女,48歲。主訴:右臀部包塊2年,漸進性增大;既往尿崩癥病史20年。體格檢查:右臀部可觸及一大小約15cm×15cm腫塊,質(zhì)韌,無觸壓痛,邊界不清,皮溫增高。影像學(xué)表現(xiàn):放射性核素全身骨顯像提示上下頜骨形態(tài)失常骨代謝異�；钴S,雙側(cè)尺橈骨及雙側(cè)脛腓骨遠端骨代謝對稱性異常活躍,考慮代謝性骨病(圖1A)。雙小腿X線平片提示雙
[Abstract]:The first case is 48 years old in female.Main complaint: right hip mass 2 years, progressive enlargement; 20 years history of diabetes insipidus.Physical examination: the right buttocks can touch a 15cm 脳 15cm mass of about size, tough quality, no tenderness, unclear boundary, and high skin temperature.Imaging findings: radionuclide whole body bone imaging showed abnormal metabolism of the morphologically abnormal bone in the upper and lower jaw and abnormal metabolic symmetry of the bilateral ulnar and radial bones and the distal tibia and fibula. Metabolic bone disease was considered (fig. 1).X-ray plain film for both legs
