【摘要】：目的白塞氏病(Behcet Disease)即貝赫切特綜合征為病因尚不明確的多系統(tǒng)、炎性、復(fù)發(fā)性、慢性血管性疾病。同型半胱氨酸(HCY)對(duì)動(dòng)脈血栓和靜脈血栓是獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素。在白塞氏病患者中同型半胱氨酸血癥與動(dòng)、靜脈血栓形成之間關(guān)聯(lián)已被開始研究。但此關(guān)聯(lián)僅基于與相互矛盾小研究的結(jié)果,為了克服這些局限性,我們系統(tǒng)地評(píng)價(jià)了白塞氏病患者血漿同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平與動(dòng)靜脈血栓形成間的關(guān)聯(lián)性。方法檢索pubmed、EMBASE、Cochrane Library、web of science,CNKI等外文數(shù)據(jù)庫上所有關(guān)于白塞氏病合并動(dòng)靜脈血栓形成的研究。按照納入排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)納入文獻(xiàn),并采用RevMan5.2.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果最終納入11個(gè)研究(n=727)。Meta分析結(jié)果顯示：同型半胱氨酸血癥在血栓組較無血栓組普遍[OR=2.61,95%CI(1.46～4.67,P=0.001)],血栓組同型半胱氨酸的平均水平顯著高于無血栓組[MD=2.99,95%CI(1.81～4.16,P=0.00001)]。結(jié)論我們的研究結(jié)果表明,高的血漿同型半胱氨酸在BD患者中增加動(dòng)靜脈血栓形成的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective Behcet Disease- Behcet disease (Behcet Disease), Behcet Disease, or Behcet Disease, is a multisystem, inflammatory, recurrent and chronic vascular disease with unclear etiology.Homocysteine HCY is an independent risk factor for arterial and venous thrombosis.The association between homocysteinemia and arteriovenous thrombosis has been studied in patients with Behcet's disease.In order to overcome these limitations, we systematically evaluated the association between plasma homocysteine homocysteine (HCY) levels and arteriovenous thrombosis (AVT) in patients with Behcet's disease.Methods all the studies on BACE complicated with arteriovenous thrombosis were searched in the database of pubmedmedus EMBASE Cochrane Library web of scienceof CNKI and so on.According to the inclusion exclusion criteria to include the literature, and RevMan5.2.0 software for statistical analysis.Conclusion our results suggest that high plasma homocysteine increases the risk of arteriovenous thrombosis in BD patients.
