【摘要】：目的探討保潔員手衛(wèi)生依從性培訓(xùn)對高原肺心病住院患者肺部感染的影響,為降低肺部感染發(fā)生率提供參考依據(jù)。方法對2015年12月-2016年5月醫(yī)院上崗11名保潔員進(jìn)行手衛(wèi)生依從性培訓(xùn),比較培訓(xùn)前后共37例患者肺部感染發(fā)生率、保潔員手部細(xì)菌總數(shù)及手衛(wèi)生依從性。結(jié)果培訓(xùn)前,受檢患者的肺部感染率為20.00%,培訓(xùn)后,受檢患者的肺部感染率為5.88%;培訓(xùn)前,11名保潔員手部細(xì)菌總數(shù)均超過10CFU/cm~2,其中11~100CFU/cm~2 3例,101~500CFU/cm~2 6例,500CFU/cm~2 2例;培訓(xùn)后,11名保潔員的手部細(xì)菌總數(shù)均不超過500CFU/cm~2,其中≤10CFU/cm~2 7例,11~100CFU/cm~2 2例,101~500CFU/cm~2 2例。培訓(xùn)前,保潔員操作前、操作后、接觸患者前、接觸患者后的手衛(wèi)生依從性分別為54.55%、36.36%、63.64%、63.64%,培訓(xùn)后分別為81.82%、72.73%、72.73%、90.91%。結(jié)論開展保潔員手衛(wèi)生依從性培訓(xùn)能夠降低高原肺心病住院患者肺部感染的發(fā)生風(fēng)險,提高保潔員手衛(wèi)生依從性,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of hand hygiene compliance training on pulmonary infection in hospitalized patients with cor pulmonale at high altitude and to provide reference for reducing the incidence of pulmonary infection.Methods from December 2015 to May 2016, 11 nurses were trained in hand hygiene compliance. The incidence of pulmonary infection, the total number of bacteria in hand and the hygienic compliance of hand were compared before and after training.Results before training, the lung infection rate of the tested patients was 20.00. After training, the pulmonary infection rate was 5.88, and the total number of bacteria in the hands of 11 cleaning workers was more than 10CFU / cm ~ (-2) before the training, including 3 cases of 11~100CFU/cm~2 (n = 3) and 26 cases (n = 26) of 500 CFU / cm ~ (-10) CFU / cm ~ (-1) / cm ~ (2).After training, the total number of bacteria in the hands of 11 cleaning workers was not more than 500CFU / cm ~ (-2), of which 7 cases were 鈮，
