海南省老年糖尿病足潰瘍患者的營養(yǎng)狀況

【摘要】:目的分析海南省老年糖尿病足潰瘍患者的營養(yǎng)狀況及其影響因素。方法老年糖尿病足潰瘍患者144例,采用微型營養(yǎng)評估量表(MNA),結(jié)合血生化指標對患者進行營養(yǎng)狀況評估。結(jié)果 144例老年糖尿病足潰瘍患者MNA,平均(15.46±5.29)分;33例存在營養(yǎng)不良風險,111例營養(yǎng)不良,其中38例嚴重營養(yǎng)不良。不同年齡、病程、婚姻狀況、家庭人均月收入、糖尿病足潰瘍程度、糖尿病足分級、膳食攝入、糖化血紅蛋白、C反應(yīng)蛋白水平的老年糖尿病足潰瘍患者的MNA得分均有統(tǒng)計學差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論老年糖尿病足潰瘍患者營養(yǎng)不良發(fā)生率較高,應(yīng)糾正糖尿病患者飲食誤區(qū),注意各種不同營養(yǎng)的搭配,做好糖尿病患者并發(fā)癥的預(yù)防和康復(fù)工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the nutritional status and influencing factors of senile diabetic foot ulcer patients in Hainan Province.Methods 144 senile diabetic foot ulcers were assessed with the micro nutrition assessment scale (MNAN) and blood biochemical indexes.Results among 144 patients with diabetic foot ulcer, the mean value of MNAwas 15.46 鹵5.29. The risk of malnutrition was 111 cases in 33 cases, including 38 cases of severe malnutrition.Age, course of disease, marital status, monthly income per family, degree of diabetic foot ulcer, grading of diabetic foot, dietary intake,The MNA scores of diabetic foot ulcer patients with glycosylated hemoglobin C reactive protein level were significantly different (P 0.05).Conclusion the incidence of malnutrition in the elderly patients with diabetic foot ulcer is high. It is necessary to correct the wrong diet of diabetic patients, pay attention to different nutrition combinations, and do well in the prevention and rehabilitation of diabetic complications.
