【摘要】：目的檢測(cè)類風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)患者血清中S100A9水平,探討其在RA中的作用及與疾病活動(dòng)度的關(guān)系。方法收集59例不同疾病活動(dòng)度的RA患者及20例健康志愿者血清。采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附實(shí)驗(yàn)(ELISA)檢測(cè)RA患者及健康對(duì)照者血清中S100A9水平,分析其與臨床及實(shí)驗(yàn)室指標(biāo)相關(guān)性。結(jié)果 RA患者S100A9水平顯著高于健康志愿者(P=0.041 9)。按DAS28評(píng)分分為輕、中和重度活動(dòng)組RA,重度活動(dòng)組RA S100A9水平顯著高于中度(P=0.039 2)、輕度活動(dòng)組RA患者(P=0.001 3)。相關(guān)性分析顯示RA患者S100A9水平與DAS28、RF水平、關(guān)節(jié)腫脹及壓痛數(shù)呈正相關(guān)(P0.01)。結(jié)論 RA患者血清S100A9水平顯著增高,與疾病活動(dòng)度密切相關(guān)。血清S100A9水平可以作為評(píng)估RA疾病活動(dòng)度標(biāo)記物之一。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the role of S100A9 in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and its relationship with disease activity.Methods Serum samples of 59 RA patients with different disease activity and 20 healthy volunteers were collected.Serum S100A9 levels in RA patients and healthy controls were detected by Elisa, and the correlation with clinical and laboratory indexes was analyzed.Results the level of S100A9 in RA patients was significantly higher than that in healthy volunteers.According to the DAS28 score, the S100A9 level of RA was significantly higher in the severe active group than that in the moderate active group, and the level of S100A9 in the mild active group was significantly higher than that in the mild active group.Correlation analysis showed that the level of S100A9 was positively correlated with the RF level of DAS28 and the number of joint swelling and tenderness in RA patients (P 0.01).Conclusion Serum S100A9 level in RA patients is significantly higher than that in RA patients, which is closely related to disease activity.Serum S100A9 level can be used as a marker for evaluating RA disease activity.
