【摘要】：目的:分析2型糖尿病患者甘油三酯與心肌梗死的相關(guān)性,從心肌梗死危險(xiǎn)因素角度進(jìn)一步探討與甘油三酯相關(guān)的心血管剩留風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。方法:回顧性分析從2016年2月至2016年7月該院收治的符合低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDL-C)2.0mmol/L的2型糖尿病患者218例,其中合并心肌梗死組112例,無心肌梗死組106例作為對(duì)照組,對(duì)兩組間部分生化指標(biāo)及病史進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果:2型糖尿病合并心肌梗死患者組飲酒史、高血壓史、總膽固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、體重指數(shù)均高于對(duì)照組(p0.05),而高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDL-C)低于對(duì)照組(p0.05)差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;對(duì)心肌梗死采用多因素逐步Logistic回歸分析,結(jié)果顯示高血壓、膽固醇、甘油三酯是心肌梗死的危險(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)論:甘油三酯為心肌梗死的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素,在LDL-C正常的2型糖尿病患者這一類人群中,當(dāng)合并有高甘油三酯血癥時(shí)仍有發(fā)生心肌梗死的心血管剩留風(fēng)險(xiǎn)存在。
[Abstract]:Aim: to analyze the relationship between triglyceride and myocardial infarction in type 2 diabetes mellitus and to further explore the cardiovascular residual risk associated with triglyceride from the perspective of myocardial infarction risk factors.Methods: from February 2016 to July 2016, 218 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (LDL-CU 2.0 mmol / L) who were admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to July 2016 were analyzed retrospectively, including 112 patients with myocardial infarction and 106 patients without myocardial infarction as control group.Some biochemical indexes and history were studied between the two groups.Results there were significant differences in alcohol consumption history, hypertension history, total cholesterol TCU, triglyceride TGG, body mass index (BMI), and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with myocardial infarction (P 0.05).Multivariate stepwise Logistic regression analysis was used for myocardial infarction. The results showed that hypertension, cholesterol and triglyceride were risk factors of myocardial infarction.Conclusion: triglyceride is an independent risk factor for myocardial infarction. In type 2 diabetes patients with normal LDL-C, there is still a risk of myocardial infarction in patients with hypertriglyceridemia.
