【摘要】：目的:觀察胰島素受體在獼猴脊髓腰段第4~6(L4~L6)節(jié)段及相應節(jié)段背根神經(jīng)節(jié)(dorsal root ganglion,DRG)中的形態(tài)學分布特點。方法:取1只成年獼猴的L4~L6節(jié)段脊髓并留取相應節(jié)段的DRG置于固定液中。脊髓冷凍水平切片(30μm)平均分為4組,分別行Nissl染色、熒光免疫組織化學染色、免疫組織化學染色和對照組處理,再于光學顯微鏡下觀察;DRG平均分為2組,分別行免疫組織化學染色和對照組處理,再于光學顯微鏡下觀察。結(jié)果:胰島素受體分布于獼猴腰段脊髓L4~L6節(jié)段及相應節(jié)段的DRG中:(1)在腰段脊髓L4~L6節(jié)段,背角可見胰島素受體陽性神經(jīng)元胞體及終末,并大量分布于背角淺層(集中在第I、II層),腹角也可觀察到散在胰島素受體陽性神經(jīng)元;(2)在L4~L6節(jié)段對應的DRG中,胰島素受體陽性產(chǎn)物主要集中分布于中型(20μm直徑≤40μm)、小型(直徑≤20μm)神經(jīng)元。結(jié)論:本研究為進一步研究靈長類動物脊髓和DRG中胰島素受體的功能提供形態(tài)學依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Aim: to observe the morphological distribution of insulin receptor in dorsal root ganglion (DRGs) of dorsal root ganglia (DRGs) and its corresponding segments in the lumbar spinal cord of rhesus monkey.Methods: the spinal cord of the L4~L6 segment of an adult rhesus monkey was taken and the DRG of the corresponding segment was taken and placed in the fixed solution.The chilled spinal cord was divided into 4 groups: Nissl staining, fluorescent immunohistochemical staining, immunohistochemical staining and control group.Immunohistochemical staining and control group were performed respectively, and then observed under optical microscope.Results: the insulin receptor was distributed in the L4~L6 segment of the rhesus monkey's lumbar spinal cord and in the DRG of the corresponding segment. In the L4~L6 segment of the lumbar spinal cord, the cell bodies and terminals of insulin receptor positive neurons were found in the dorsal horn of the spinal cord.And distributed in the superficial layer of the dorsal horn (concentrated in the second layer of Ignus II and scattered in the ventral horn of the insulin-receptor-positive neuron Angi2) in the DRG corresponding to the L4~L6 segment, and a large number of them were distributed in the superficial layer of the dorsal horn.The positive products of insulin receptor were mainly distributed in the middle sized neurons (20 渭 m in diameter 鈮，
