【摘要】：為了解粉塵螨(Dermatophagoides farinae)過(guò)敏患者對(duì)粉塵螨單組分過(guò)敏原Der f 1和Der f 2特異性IgE的水平情況,收集了80例疑似塵螨過(guò)敏患者樣本,對(duì)ImmunoCAP過(guò)敏原檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)和浙江大學(xué)迪迅粉塵螨檢測(cè)試劑盒檢測(cè)的粉塵螨特異性IgE陽(yáng)性樣本,進(jìn)一步檢測(cè)其粉塵螨單組分過(guò)敏原Der f 1和Der f 2特異性IgE水平.80例樣本中2種方法檢測(cè)粉塵螨均為陽(yáng)性的有65例,陽(yáng)性率為81.3%.65例陽(yáng)性樣本中,Der f 1陽(yáng)性率為87.7%,Der f 2陽(yáng)性率為90.8%,二者至少一個(gè)為陽(yáng)性的達(dá)96.99%,Der f 2特異性IgE水平顯著高于Der f 1.兒童的粉塵螨及其2種單組分過(guò)敏原Der f 1和Der f 2特異性IgE水平顯著高于成人.綜上,Der f 1和Der f 2這2種組分過(guò)敏原在我國(guó)粉塵螨患者中占據(jù)了主導(dǎo)地位,兩者特異性IgE水平存在顯著差異,后者高于前者,且兒童的敏感性顯著高于成人.
[Abstract]:In order to understand the specific IgE levels of Dermatophagoides farinaeus allergen Der f 1 and Der f 2 in patients with Dermatophagoides farinae, 80 samples of suspected dust mite allergies were collected.The specific IgE positive samples of Dermatophagoides farinae detected by ImmunoCAP allergen detection system and Dishon Dermatophagoides farinae detection kit of Zhejiang University were analyzed.The specific IgE levels of Der f1 and Der f 2 were further detected in 65 of the 80 samples of Dermatophagoides farinae.The positive rate of Der f1 was 87.7% and the positive rate of Der f2 was 90.8. The specific IgE level of Der f2 was significantly higher than that of Der f1 in at least one of them.The specific IgE levels of Der f 1 and Der f 2 were significantly higher in children than in adults.The allergens of Der f 1 and Der f 2 played a dominant role in the patients with Dermatophagoides farinae in China. There was a significant difference in the specific IgE levels between them. The latter was higher than the former, and the sensitivity of children was significantly higher than that of adults.
