【摘要】：目的了解廣州市中學(xué)生艾滋病相關(guān)知識(shí)的知曉情況及影響因素,為學(xué)校開展艾滋病健康教育提供依據(jù)。方法采用分階段整群抽樣方法,對(duì)廣州市25所中學(xué)的4 096名中學(xué)生進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,獲取艾滋病相關(guān)知識(shí)和行為等信息。結(jié)果廣州市中學(xué)生艾滋病知識(shí)總體知曉率為58.69%(2 404/4 096)。48.12%(1 971/4 096)的學(xué)生近1年接受過預(yù)防艾滋病的宣傳服務(wù),學(xué)生知識(shí)的主要來源是艾滋病教育處方(63.48%)、艾滋病知識(shí)宣傳欄/海報(bào)(60.63%)和專家專題講座(43.75%)。多因素Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,男性(OR=1.19,95%CI=1.04~1.36)、學(xué)校提供過艾滋病防治知識(shí)教育(OR=1.84,95%CI=1.56~2.17)、近1年接受過預(yù)防艾滋病的宣傳服務(wù)(OR=2.54,95%CI=2.21~2.92)的學(xué)生艾滋病知識(shí)知曉率較高(P值均0.05)。結(jié)論廣州市中學(xué)生艾滋病知識(shí)知曉水平較低,尤其對(duì)艾滋病流行形勢、主要傳播途徑和新型毒品危害方面的知識(shí)缺乏。學(xué)校應(yīng)加強(qiáng)針對(duì)流行新形勢的艾滋病防治宣傳教育。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the knowledge and influencing factors of AIDS among middle school students in Guangzhou.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 4 096 middle school students in 25 middle schools in Guangzhou to obtain AIDS related knowledge and behavior.Results the overall awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among middle school students in Guangzhou was 58.69%. The students of 2404 / 4 096%. 48.12% and 1 971 / 4 096) received AIDS prevention propaganda services in the past year.The main sources of students' knowledge are AIDS education prescription 63.48, AIDS knowledge propaganda column / poster 60.63) and expert lecture 43.75.Conclusion the knowledge level of AIDS among middle school students in Guangzhou is low, especially in the situation of AIDS epidemic, the main ways of transmission and the harm of new drugs.The school should strengthen the AIDS prevention and control education aimed at the new epidemic situation.
