【摘要】：棕色脂肪組織(BAT)在控制能量平衡方面起重要作用,其具有御寒功能,燃燒多余脂肪和糖分,并增加胰島素敏感性。冷刺激可以促進(jìn)BAT活化,其作用機(jī)制可能與中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)、交感神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)及過氧化物酶體增生激活受體γ協(xié)同刺激因子1α、過氧化物酶體增殖物激活受體γ、環(huán)氧化酶2、神經(jīng)調(diào)節(jié)蛋白4、肌因子Irisin、雷帕霉素靶蛋白復(fù)合物1、PR結(jié)構(gòu)域16等調(diào)控因子有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Brown adipose tissue (BAT) plays an important role in controlling energy balance. It has the function of preventing cold, burning excess fat and sugar, and increasing insulin sensitivity. Cold stimulation can promote the activation of BAT, and its mechanism may be related to the central nervous system. Sympathetic nervous system and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor 緯 costimulator 1 偽, peroxisome proliferator activated receptor 緯, cyclooxygenase 2, neuroregulatory protein 4, muscle factor Irisin, rapamycin target protein complex 1 / PR structure. Domain 16 and other regulatory factors are related.
