益生菌制劑對老年血脂異;颊吣c道微生態(tài)的臨床研究

【摘要】:第一部分:老年血脂異;颊吣c道微生態(tài)的研究[目的]探討老年血脂異常患者與健康老年人的腸道微生態(tài)差異。[方法]選取老年健康人79例,老年血脂異常者73例,收集一般信息及血脂指標,并觀察兩組間腸道菌群的組成差異。[結(jié)果]與健康老年人相比,老年血脂異常組腸道普拉梭菌、腸球菌、乳酸菌、雙歧桿菌、直腸真桿菌顯著下降,腸桿菌明顯增多,并具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,而普氏菌和鏈球菌無明顯變化。[結(jié)論]老年血脂異常患者存在腸道微生態(tài)紊亂,主要表現(xiàn)為有益菌減少,有害菌增多。第二部分:益生菌制劑對老年血脂異;颊吲R床療效觀察[目的]觀察益生菌制劑對老年血脂異常患者的臨床療效。[方法]選取老年血脂異常患者73例,服藥組28例,不服藥組45例,服藥組給予益生菌制劑雙歧桿菌三聯(lián)活菌膠囊,分別于服藥前與服藥1年后觀察兩組間腸道菌群的差異,同時監(jiān)測血脂變化。[結(jié)果]益生菌制劑治療后,服藥組中普拉梭菌、腸球菌、乳酸菌、雙歧桿菌、直腸真桿菌上升,而腸桿菌下降;同時低密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯、總膽固醇下降,而高密度脂蛋白上升,均存在統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異。[結(jié)論](1)益生菌制劑能夠調(diào)節(jié)老年血脂異常者腸道微生態(tài)系統(tǒng);(2)益生菌制劑能夠改善血脂水平。
[Abstract]:Part one: the study of intestinal microecology in elderly patients with dyslipidemia [objective] to explore the difference of intestinal microecology between elderly patients with dyslipidemia and healthy elderly. [methods] Seventy-nine healthy elderly and 73 elderly dyslipidemia were selected. To collect general information and blood lipid index, and observe the difference of intestinal microflora composition between the two groups. [results] compared with the healthy elderly, the intestinal clostridium, enterococcus, lactic acid bacteria, bifidobacterium and eubacter rectum in the elderly patients with dyslipidemia decreased significantly. Enterobacter spp. Was significantly increased and had statistical significance, but there were no significant changes in Pueraria and Streptococcus. [conclusion] there is intestinal microecological disorder in elderly patients with dyslipidemia, which is mainly manifested by the decrease of beneficial bacteria. The second part: clinical curative effect of probiotics on elderly patients with dyslipidemia [objective] to observe the clinical effect of probiotics on elderly patients with dyslipidemia. [methods] 73 cases of senile dyslipidemia were selected. There were 28 cases in the medication group and 45 cases in the control group. The probiotics preparation bifidobacterium triple living bacteria capsule was given to observe the difference of intestinal flora between the two groups before and after taking the medicine for one year. [results] after treatment with probiotics, Clostridium praziae, Enterococcus, Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium, eubacter rectum increased, while Enterobacter decreased, while low density lipoprotein, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein (LDL), triglyceride, [conclusion] probiotics can regulate the intestinal microecosystem in elderly patients with dyslipidemia. (2) probiotics can improve the level of blood lipids.
