【摘要】：為探討二甲雙胍對(duì)SAMP8小鼠體重及血液學(xué)參數(shù)的影響,將40只雄性SAMP8小鼠分為二甲雙胍低劑量(50 mg/kg體重)、中劑量(100 mg/kg體重)、高劑量(200 mg/kg體重)實(shí)驗(yàn)組及空白對(duì)照組,實(shí)驗(yàn)組每日按小鼠體重灌胃不同劑量的二甲雙胍,空白對(duì)照組每日灌胃生理鹽水,觀察小鼠的體重及血液細(xì)胞學(xué)和血清生化指標(biāo)。結(jié)果顯示,3個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)組與空白對(duì)照組相比,僅低劑量組和中劑量組小鼠AST較空白對(duì)照組顯著降低(P0.05),小鼠體重、血液學(xué)細(xì)胞學(xué)指標(biāo)和其他血清生化指標(biāo)均與正常對(duì)照組相比無顯著性差異。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,二甲雙胍對(duì)SAMP8小鼠體重及血液學(xué)參數(shù)影響較小。
[Abstract]:To investigate the effect of metformin on body weight and hematological parameters of SAMP8 mice, 40 male SAMP8 mice were divided into three groups: low dose metformin 50 mg/kg body weight, medium dose 100 mg/kg body weight, high dose 200 mg/kg body weight) and blank control group. The rats in the experimental group were given different doses of metformin daily according to their body weight, and the control group was given normal saline daily. The body weight, blood cytology and serum biochemical indexes were observed. The results showed that the three experimental groups were compared with the blank control group. The AST of the low and middle dose groups was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the body weight, hematological cytology and other serum biochemical indexes of the mice were not significantly different from those of the normal control group. Metformin had little effect on body weight and hematological parameters of SAMP8 mice.
