鄂西北地區(qū)正常人群骨質(zhì)疏松危險(xiǎn)因素的相關(guān)研究

【摘要】:目的研究鄂西北地區(qū)正常人群骨質(zhì)疏松的危險(xiǎn)因素。方法在2013年4月-2014年8月期間,隨機(jī)選擇鄂西北地區(qū)的正常人840例進(jìn)行研究,測(cè)定骨密度并判斷骨質(zhì)疏松情況;設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)查表對(duì)骨質(zhì)疏松的相關(guān)因素進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果 840名入組者中存在骨質(zhì)疏松124例;骨質(zhì)疏松者和非骨質(zhì)疏松者的性別、年齡、文化程度、體質(zhì)指數(shù)、吸煙情況、每周運(yùn)動(dòng)次數(shù)、每日靜坐時(shí)間、每日奶制品攝入量、每日豆制品攝入量、每日蔬菜攝入情況比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t/x~2=5.102~33.192,P0.05,P0.01);女性、高齡、體質(zhì)指數(shù)低、吸煙、每日靜坐時(shí)間久是發(fā)生骨質(zhì)疏松的危險(xiǎn)因素(β=0.872~1.331,OR=1.984~3.192,95%CI=1.423~4.039,Wald X2=10.498~14.661,P0.05),文化程度高、每周運(yùn)動(dòng)次數(shù)多以及奶制品、豆制品、蔬菜攝入多是發(fā)生骨質(zhì)疏松的保護(hù)因素(β=-1.029~-1.383,OR=0.204~0.274,95%CI=0.103~0.348,Wald X2=9.202~15.685,P0.05)。結(jié)論骨質(zhì)疏松的危險(xiǎn)因素包括女性、高齡、體質(zhì)指數(shù)低、吸煙、每日靜坐時(shí)間久,保護(hù)因素包括文化程度高、每周運(yùn)動(dòng)次數(shù)多以及奶制品、豆制品、蔬菜攝入多。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the risk factors of osteoporosis in normal population in Northwest Hubei Province. Methods from April 2013 to August 2014, 840 healthy people from Northwest Hubei Province were randomly selected to determine bone mineral density (BMD) and to judge the condition of osteoporosis.
