【摘要】：目的：通過(guò)對(duì)就診于新疆醫(yī)科大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院婦科門(mén)診及體檢中心的40-60歲圍絕經(jīng)期漢、維、哈三族婦女健康狀況及對(duì)圍絕經(jīng)期癥狀、態(tài)度、行為進(jìn)行調(diào)查及分析,了解婦女在圍絕經(jīng)期的特征,發(fā)現(xiàn)各癥狀的影響因素,并針對(duì)以上結(jié)果,提出可行性的建議.方法：對(duì)于2013-7至2013-11月就診于新疆醫(yī)科大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院婦科及體檢中心的圍絕經(jīng)期的漢族、維吾爾族及哈薩克族婦女進(jìn)行自愿問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,調(diào)查前均說(shuō)明此調(diào)查的目的,調(diào)查均為自愿完成問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,采取訪談法完成問(wèn)卷調(diào)查.數(shù)據(jù)資料整理與分析統(tǒng)一應(yīng)用SPSS17.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì).結(jié)果：454名婦女自愿完成調(diào)查,絕經(jīng)年齡為47.99歲.約88.77%的婦女才出現(xiàn)圍絕經(jīng)期癥狀,煩躁(63.28%),潮熱出汗(62.78%),失眠(58.07%),疲乏(55.83%),頭疼(51.37%).絕經(jīng)后婦女的前5位癥狀為煩躁(69.18%),潮熱出汗(64.15%),失眠(59.12%),心悸(57.23%),頭疼與眩暈并列第五(55.95%).其中感覺(jué)異常、抑郁、肌肉膝關(guān)節(jié)酸痛、皮膚蟻?zhàn)吒�、外陰不適感、泌尿系癥狀均小于50%.高學(xué)歷、高收入婦女疲乏、眩暈的發(fā)生率更高.漢族較少數(shù)民族疲乏的發(fā)生率高.漢族、高學(xué)歷、高收入的婦女對(duì)HRT知曉率更高些.漢族、高收入的患者較少數(shù)民族、低收入的女性更易接受HRT治療,在希望使用HRT的女性中高收入的婦女選擇定期復(fù)診.結(jié)論：本研究結(jié)果顯示,新疆地區(qū)選擇就診于新疆醫(yī)科大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院的圍絕經(jīng)期婦女具有較強(qiáng)的保健意識(shí),但對(duì)于圍絕經(jīng)期的保健意識(shí)、采取行為仍有欠缺,不容樂(lè)觀.這給予新疆?huà)D女保健工作有一定指導(dǎo)意義,應(yīng)積極在社區(qū)、醫(yī)院大面積開(kāi)展圍絕經(jīng)期知識(shí)健康教育活動(dòng),加強(qiáng)對(duì)圍絕經(jīng)期婦女隨訪及監(jiān)測(cè),實(shí)現(xiàn)提供、促進(jìn)新疆圍絕經(jīng)期婦女健康的目標(biāo).
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate and analyze the health status, symptoms, attitudes and behaviors of women aged 40 to 60 years old in the gynecological outpatient clinic and physical examination center of the first affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University. To understand the characteristics of women in the peri-menopausal period, to find out the factors affecting the symptoms, and to address the above results, Methods: a voluntary questionnaire survey was conducted among the postmenopausal Han, Uygur and Kazakh women in the gynecological and physical examination center of the first affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from July to November 2013. Before the investigation, the purpose of the investigation was explained. The survey was completed voluntarily, and the questionnaire was completed by interview. The data were collected and analyzed by SPSS17.0 software. Results: 454 women voluntarily completed the survey. The menopausal age was 47.99 years. About 88.77% of the women developed peri-menopausal symptoms. Women with high incomes are more likely to receive HRT treatment than those from ethnic minorities, and women with high incomes who wish to use HRT are more likely to receive regular visits. Conclusion: the results of this study show that, The perimenopausal women who chose to visit the first affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University had a strong sense of health care, but there was still a lack of behavior for the health awareness of the perimenopausal period. This is of great significance to the health care work of women in Xinjiang. We should actively carry out knowledge and health education activities in the community and hospitals during the menopausal period, and strengthen the follow-up and monitoring of perimenopausal women, so as to provide, To promote the goal of health of menopausal women in Xinjiang.
