【摘要】：目的探討糖尿病腎病患者中炎癥指標(biāo)與血清Vaspin水平的相關(guān)性及臨床意義。方法選取糖尿病腎病患者共107例,根據(jù)患者腎小球?yàn)V過(guò)率和蛋白尿水平評(píng)價(jià)的嚴(yán)重程度分成3組:A組為GFR≥60 m L/(min·1.73 m~2),且蛋白尿≤30 mg/d;B組為腎小球?yàn)V過(guò)率(GFR)≥60 m L/(min·1.73 m~2),但蛋白尿?yàn)?0~300 mg/d;C組為腎小球?yàn)V過(guò)率(GFR)≤60 m L/(min·1.73 m~2),且蛋白尿?yàn)?00 mg/d。記錄患者的一般資料及血常規(guī)、生化指標(biāo)水平,采用ELISA測(cè)定所有患者的炎癥因子IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP水平和血清脂肪因子Vaspin水平,采用SPSS 23.0對(duì)其結(jié)果進(jìn)行相關(guān)分析。結(jié)果炎癥指標(biāo)IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α和hs-CRP中,B組水平均高于A組(P0.05),C組水平均高于A、B組(P0.05)。3組脂肪因子Vaspin水平比較中,B組顯著低于A組(P0.05),而C組水平則顯著低于A、B組(P0.05)。血清Vaspin水平與IL-1呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.641,P0.001),Vaspin與IL-6呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.561,P0.001),Vaspin與TNF-α呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.404,P0.001),Vaspin與hs-CRP也存在負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.597,P0.001)。結(jié)論糖尿病腎病患者中血清Vaspin水平明顯降低,其炎癥指標(biāo)與血清Vaspin水平呈負(fù)相關(guān)。
