【摘要】：目的應(yīng)用DALY評價貴州省糖尿病疾病負擔現(xiàn)狀,為科學預(yù)防與控制糖尿病提供依據(jù)。方法根據(jù)貴州省成人慢性病及其危險因素監(jiān)測和貴州省死因監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù),采用全球疾病負擔的研究方法,運用Dis Mod II估算貴州省居民糖尿病的疾病負擔。結(jié)果貴州省糖尿病患病率為7.58%,死亡率為9.4/10萬;總疾病負擔DALY為6.98人年/千人,女性7.73人年/千人高于男性6.31人年/千人,貴州省居民糖尿病疾病負擔主要集中在45~59歲年齡段,DALY的分布呈"倒V型"圖形的特點。其中YLL為0.96人年/千人,無論男性還是女性,YLL隨著年齡的升高呈現(xiàn)逐漸升高的特點;YLD為6.02人年/千人,在45~59歲年齡段最高;YLL與YLD的比例呈現(xiàn)"鉗型"圖形的特點,YLL的比例隨著年齡的增長而逐漸升高,而YLD比例隨著年齡的增高而逐漸降低。結(jié)論我省居民糖尿病的疾病負擔重,應(yīng)加強對重點人群的糖尿病篩查與防控工作,提高糖尿病的知曉率與控制率,以減低我省糖尿病患者疾病負擔。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the disease burden of diabetes mellitus in Guizhou province by using DALY to provide scientific basis for prevention and control of diabetes. Methods according to the monitoring data of chronic diseases and their risk factors among adults in Guizhou province and the cause of death in Guizhou Province. Using the method of global disease burden, Dis Mod II was used to estimate the disease burden of diabetes mellitus in residents of Guizhou province. Results the prevalence rate of diabetes mellitus in Guizhou province was 7.58, the mortality rate was 9.4 / 100 thousand, and the total burden of disease DALY was 6.98 person-years per thousand people. The prevalence of diabetes disease burden in Guizhou residents was mainly in the age group of 45 ~ 59 years old. The distribution of Daly was "inverted V" pattern, and the YLL was 0.96 person-years / thousand people, and the incidence of diabetes disease burden in Guizhou province was higher than that of male 6.31 person-years / thousand. The distribution of diabetes disease burden was mainly in the age group of 45 ~ 59 years old. Whether male or female YLL presents the characteristic of increasing gradually with the increase of age, the YLD is 6.02 person-years per thousand, the ratio of YLL-YLL to YLD in the 45- to 59-year-old age group presents the characteristic of "clamp" pattern and the proportion of YLL-YLL increases gradually with the increase of age. The proportion of YLD decreased gradually with the increase of age. Conclusion the disease burden of diabetes mellitus in the residents of our province is heavy, so we should strengthen the screening and prevention of diabetes mellitus among the key population, and improve the awareness rate and control rate of diabetes mellitus. In order to reduce the disease burden of diabetes patients in our province.
