【摘要】：探討老年2型糖尿病患者下肢動脈病變與踝臂指數(shù)(ABI)、趾臂指數(shù)(TBI)與肱踝脈搏波速度(baPWV)的相關(guān)性。選取老年2型糖尿病患者101例,糖尿病合并高血壓患者100例,另選同期體檢的健康者100例作為對照組,所有患者均進行ABI、TBI、baPWV及下肢動脈血管超聲檢查對照組、糖尿病組、糖尿病合并高血壓組三組間ABI、TBI及baPWV差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。以血管超聲為金標(biāo)準(zhǔn),ABI診斷血管狹窄的敏感性為76.34%,特異性為91.35%,TBI與ABI有較好的一致性,下肢動脈狹窄程度與ABI、TBI呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05)。ABI、TBI及baPWV與老年2型糖尿病顯著相關(guān),在老年2型糖尿病及合并高血壓患者有較大應(yīng)用價值。ABI、TBI檢查與下肢血管超聲相關(guān)性好,且其操作簡便,無創(chuàng)傷性,宜在臨床上推廣應(yīng)用。ABI、TBI及baPWV對早期發(fā)現(xiàn)老年2型糖尿病患者下肢動脈粥樣硬化具有重要的臨床意義。
[Abstract]:To investigate the relationship between lower extremity arterial lesion and ankle brachial index (ABIN), toe arm index (TBI) and brachial pulse wave velocity (BWV) in elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus patients, 101 elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus patients and 100 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension were selected. 100 healthy subjects were selected as control group. All the patients were examined by ABI TBIBA PWV and lower extremity artery and vascular ultrasound in control group, diabetes group, diabetes group, diabetes mellitus group, diabetes group, diabetes mellitus group, diabetic group, diabetic group, diabetic group, and diabetic group. There were significant differences in baPWV and ABIBI between the three groups of diabetic patients with hypertension (P 0.05). The sensitivity of vascular ultrasound was 76.34, and the specificity was 91.35%. There was a good consistency between ABIBI and ABI. The degree of arterial stenosis in lower extremity was negatively correlated with ABI TBI (P 0.05). ABI TBI and baPWV were significantly associated with type 2 diabetes in the elderly. It was of great application value in the elderly patients with type 2 diabetes and hypertension. ABI TBI had good correlation with lower extremity vascular ultrasound, and its operation was simple and convenient. The clinical application of. ABI TBI and baPWV has important clinical significance in the early detection of lower extremity atherosclerosis in elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus patients.
