【摘要】：目的了解廣州市青年學(xué)生艾滋病病毒(HIV)檢測(cè)情況及影響因素,為制定艾滋病健康教育策略提供依據(jù)。方法采用多階段整群抽樣的方法,對(duì)廣州市大學(xué)和中職學(xué)校學(xué)生進(jìn)行匿名問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,調(diào)查其既往進(jìn)行HIV檢測(cè)的情況及相關(guān)因素。結(jié)果選取廣州市3所大學(xué)和2所中職學(xué)校,對(duì)2014年級(jí)和2015年級(jí)在校學(xué)生共5 096人進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。全部學(xué)生的HIV檢測(cè)率為3.1%(156人),男生HIV檢測(cè)率為4.5%,女生為1.7%(X~2=35.24,P0.01);大學(xué)生檢測(cè)率為2.6%,中職學(xué)生為3.9%(X~2=6.23,P0.05);2015級(jí)學(xué)生檢測(cè)率為3.8%,2014級(jí)學(xué)生為2.3%(X~2=9.05,P0.01)。有感染HIV危險(xiǎn)行為(使用毒品、危險(xiǎn)性行為)學(xué)生的HIV檢測(cè)率(21.7%、11.7%),均遠(yuǎn)高于未發(fā)生相關(guān)危險(xiǎn)行為學(xué)生的檢測(cè)率(2.5%、2.4%),P值均0.01。156名學(xué)生主動(dòng)進(jìn)行HIV檢測(cè)的途徑,醫(yī)院/社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心占41.0%(64人),疾病預(yù)防控制中心37.2%(58人),獻(xiàn)血點(diǎn)27.6%(43人)。多因素Logistic分析顯示:使用過(guò)毒品、發(fā)生過(guò)危險(xiǎn)性行為、性別、擔(dān)心自己感染艾滋病、年級(jí)、學(xué)校類型,是廣州青年學(xué)生HIV檢測(cè)率的影響因素。結(jié)論廣州青年學(xué)生HIV檢測(cè)率較低,有感染HIV危險(xiǎn)行為學(xué)生的HIV檢測(cè)率也不高。應(yīng)加大HIV檢測(cè)知識(shí)的宣傳教育力度,增強(qiáng)青年學(xué)生的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)意識(shí),尤其是有感染HIV危險(xiǎn)行為學(xué)生的HIV檢測(cè)意識(shí),引導(dǎo)其到正規(guī)檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行HIV檢測(cè)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the HIV detection and its influencing factors among young students in Guangzhou, so as to provide the basis for the formulation of HIV / AIDS health education strategy. Methods Multi-stage cluster sampling was used. An anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among students of Guangzhou University and Secondary Vocational School to investigate the past HIV test and related factors. Results 3 universities and 2 secondary vocational schools in Guangzhou were selected. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 5 096 students in grades 2014 and 2015. The HIV test rate of all students was 3. 1: 156 students, the HIV detection rate of boys was 4. 5 and that of girls was 1. 735. 24p. 01; the rate of college students was 2. 6; the rate of students in secondary vocational schools was 3. 9X26.23.!!! P0.05. the test rate was 3. 845% in 2014. The number of students in grade 2. 3 is 2. 3%. They are at risk of contracting HIV. The HIV detection rate of the students was much higher than that of the students who did not have the related risk behaviors, and the P value of the students was 0.01.156 students who took the initiative to carry out the HIV test. The hospital / community health service center accounted for 41. 0% of 64 patients, the center for disease prevention and control 37. 222% and the blood donation point 27. 6% for 43 people. Multivariate Logistic analysis showed that: drug use, dangerous behavior, sex, fear of HIV infection, grade, type of school, Conclusion the HIV detection rate of young students in Guangzhou is low and the HIV detection rate of students with risky behaviors of HIV infection is not high. The propaganda and education of HIV detection knowledge should be increased. To enhance the risk awareness of young students, especially the HIV detection awareness of students with risk behavior of HIV infection, and to guide them to the regular testing institutions for HIV detection.
