【摘要】：目的觀察丹紅注射液輔助治療對(duì)糖尿病腎病(DN)患者血小板活化依賴性顆粒表面膜蛋白(CD62p)、血小板激活復(fù)合物(PAC)-1表達(dá)的影響。方法 95例DN患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組與治療組,治療組在常規(guī)療法的基礎(chǔ)上靜注丹紅注射液(20 ml/次),采用流式細(xì)胞術(shù)檢測(cè)治療前后CD62p、PAC-1的表達(dá)。結(jié)果治療前兩組DN患者的血小板CD62p、PAC-1無(wú)顯著差異;對(duì)照組常規(guī)治療后血小板CD62p、PAC-1無(wú)明顯變化;治療組聯(lián)合丹紅注射液治療顯著降低了血小板CD62p、PAC-1陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率;且治療組治療后的血小板CD62p、PAC-1顯著低于對(duì)照組治療后。結(jié)論丹紅注射液輔助治療可明顯抑制DN患者血小板活化,這對(duì)于降低血栓形成是有利的。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of Danhong injection on the expression of platelet activation dependent granule membrane protein (CD62pN) and platelet-activated complex (PAC- 1) in patients with diabetic nephropathy (DN). Methods 95 patients with DN were randomly divided into two groups: control group and treatment group. In the treatment group, the expression of CD62ptPAC-1 was detected by flow cytometry on the basis of routine therapy. Results there was no significant difference in platelet CD62pPAC-1 between the two groups before and after treatment. In the control group, there was no significant change in platelet CD62pnPAC-1 after routine treatment, and the positive expression rate of platelet CD62pnPAC-1 was significantly decreased in the treatment group combined with Danhong injection. The platelet CD62pnPAC-1 after treatment in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion the adjuvant treatment with Danhong injection can significantly inhibit platelet activation in patients with DN, which is beneficial to reduce thrombus formation.
