【摘要】：目的觀察射干麻黃湯聯(lián)合信必可治療哮喘-慢性阻塞性肺疾病重疊綜合征(ACOS)急性發(fā)作期的臨床療效。方法將42例痰濕阻肺證ACOS患者按隨機數(shù)字法分為試驗組(22例)和對照組(20例),在吸氧、止咳化痰、擴張支氣管、抗感染等常規(guī)西藥對癥治療基礎(chǔ)上,對照組予信必可吸入,試驗組予射干麻黃湯聯(lián)合信必可治療,療程為4周,觀察2組治療效果。結(jié)果臨床療效上,試驗組和對照組患者的總有效率為96.00%和65.00%,組間比較,P0.05;第1秒用力呼氣量占預(yù)計值百分比(FEV1%)、第1秒用力呼氣量占用力肺活量百分比(FEV1/FVC)較對照組明顯升高,P0.05,CO彌散量(DLCO)試驗組較對照組略升高,P0.05;哮喘控制測試評分(CAT)為(16±2)較對照組(20±2)顯著降低,慢性阻塞性肺疾病評分(ACT)為(24±3)較對照組(16±2)顯著提升,P0.05~0.01;2組皆無嚴重不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論射干麻黃湯聯(lián)合信必可治療ACOS急性發(fā)作期療效滿意,無嚴重不良反應(yīng),值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of Sheganmahuang decoction combined with Xinpike in the treatment of acute attack of asthmatic chronic obstructive pulmonary disease overlap syndrome (ACOS). Methods 42 cases of ACOS with phlegm dampness blocking lung syndrome were divided into two groups according to random number method. ) and control group (n = 20). On the basis of traditional western medicine, such as relieving cough and resolving phlegm, dilating bronchi and anti-infection, the control group was inhalable, while the experimental group was treated with Sheganmahuang decoction combined with Xinji for 4 weeks. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed. The total effective rates of patients in the trial group and the control group were 96.00% and 65.00, respectively (P 0.05; forced expiratory volume as a percentage of the predicted value at 1 seconds; FEV1 / FVC at 1 seconds; FEV1 / FVC-1) significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05CO). Compared with the control group, the control test score of CAT was 16 鹵2, which was significantly lower in the trial group than that in the control group (20 鹵2). The score of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (ACOS) was 24 鹵3), which was significantly higher than that of control group (16 鹵2). There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion Sheganmahuang decoction combined with Xinbiyou can be used to treat ACOS with satisfactory curative effect and no serious adverse reaction, which is worth popularizing.
