【摘要】：目的了解江蘇省南通市男男性接觸人群(MSM)艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者陽性告知前后艾滋病防治知識知曉率和行為學(xué)特征改變。方法選取2005年1月—2013年9月南通市艾滋病自愿咨詢檢測(VCT)門診M SM人群HIV感染者94人,在陽性告知前后進行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果告知后艾滋病知曉率97.85%明顯高于告知前84.04%(χ~2=8.847,P0.01),其中初中及以下文化程度組告知后知曉率95.00%明顯高于告知前75.00%(χ~2=4.021,P0.05)。同性性行為肛交方式有改變(χ~2=14.270,P0.01);安全套使用率提高(χ~2=154.183,P0.05),告知后每次使用比例72.73%明顯高于告知前5.74%;但告知前后性伴數(shù)沒有差異。在同性商業(yè)性行為中,告知后性伴數(shù)減少(χ~2=9.090,P0.05),安全套使用率提高(χ~2=7.391,P0.05),告知后每次使用比例71.43%高于告知前11.76%,但肛交類型沒有改變。在與異性發(fā)生性行為中,安全套使用率提高(χ~2=7.400,P0.05),告知后每次使用比例86.40%高于告知前42.50%。結(jié)論南通地區(qū)M SM人群HIV感染者知曉率整體較高,陽性告知后減少了高危行為。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the awareness rate and behavioral characteristics of AIDS prevention and treatment knowledge before and after positive HIV / AIDS infection among men who have sex with men in Nantong, Jiangsu Province. Methods from January 2005 to September 2013, we selected AIDS in Nantong City. There were 94 patients with HIV infection in MSM outpatient clinic by voluntary counseling and testing. A questionnaire survey was conducted before and after positive notification. Results the awareness rate of AIDS after notification was significantly higher in 97.85% than in 84.04 (蠂 ~ 2 / 847 / P 0.01). Among them, the rate of awareness after notification in junior middle school and below was significantly higher than that in 75.00 (蠂 ~ 2 / 2 / 4.021 / P 0.05) (蠂 ~ 2 / 2 / 4.021 / P 0.05). The pattern of homosexual anal sex was significantly higher in the group of junior middle school and below than in the group with lower education level (P < 0.05). There was a change (蠂 ~ 2 / 2 ~ (14.270) / P 0.01) and an increase in condom use rate (蠂 ~ (2 / 2) 154.183 / P ~ (0.05)). The ratio of each use after notification was significantly higher in 72.73% than in the former 5.74, but there was no difference in the number of sexual partners before and after notification, and there was no difference in the number of sexual partners before and after notification. The number of sexual partners decreased (蠂 ~ 29.090) and condom use rate increased (蠂 ~ 2 ~ 2 ~ (7.391n) P _ (0.05)). The proportion of each use after notification was 71.43% higher than that before (11.76), but the type of anal sex did not change. The rate of condom use increased (蠂 ~ 2 / 2 ~ (7.400) / P ~ (0.05)), and the proportion of each time used after informing was 86.40% higher than that before informing (42.50). Conclusion the awareness rate of HIV infection in M SM population in Nantong area is higher than that in M ~ (SM) population, and the high risk behavior is reduced after positive notification.
