【摘要】：目的:觀察六味痛風飲對痛風性關節(jié)炎間歇期患者的臨床療效及相關的不良反應的影響,為其在臨床上廣泛應用提供依據(jù)。進一步論證肝經(jīng)濁毒與痛風密不可分。方法:將60例符合診斷和納入標準的痛風性關節(jié)炎患者隨機分為治療組和對照組,每組各30例。治療組給予六味痛風飲治療,溫水沖服,15克/次,早晚各一次;對照組給予苯溴馬隆片治療,50毫克/次,1次/天,早餐后口服。兩組均連續(xù)治療,療程4周,檢測治療前后兩組患者的血清尿酸,血脂(甘油三酯、總膽固醇),腎功能(尿素氮、血肌酐),谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶,血糖以及血常規(guī)等。結果:兩組均能降低血清尿酸,治療組總有效率為86.67%,對照組總有效率為93.33%。治療組患者尿酸下降程度低于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);治療組各實驗指標(TC、TG、Glu)較治療前均有所下降(P0.05),而對照組在治療前后無統(tǒng)計學意義;兩組對患者血常規(guī)、ALT、腎功(SCr、BUN)均沒有影響,治療組降低血肌酐作用更強。結論:1.六味痛風飲與苯溴馬隆均可以有效降低痛風患者的血清尿酸,但苯溴馬隆優(yōu)于六味痛風飲。2.六味痛風飲在有效降低痛風患者血尿酸水平的同時,還可以降低血脂水平,有益于改善患者肝臟功能,對痛風患者伴有如糖尿病、高血壓等代謝性疾病以及心腦血管病的患者的臨床應用更有益。苯溴馬隆沒有對血脂、肝功的有利影響。3.六味痛風飲降低血清尿酸的機制可能是增加尿酸從腸道的排泄量,這樣在降低血清尿酸的同時不增加腎臟排泄尿酸的負擔。4.六味痛風飲不良反應相對較少,安全性高,且經(jīng)濟簡便,適合長期應用,值得進行臨床推廣。5.肝經(jīng)濁毒是導致痛風發(fā)病的病理因素。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the effect of six kinds of Tongfengyin clinical efficacy in patients with gouty arthritis episodes and related adverse reactions, is widely used in clinic. Methods: 60 patients with the diagnosis and inclusion criteria of patients with gouty arthritis were randomly divided for the treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. Conclusion: 1. six kinds of Tongfengyin and benzene bromine Malone were effective in reducing serum uric acid in patients with gout, but the taste is better than six benzene bromine Malone Tongfengyin.2. six Wei Tongfeng drink can reduce suffering from gout and blood uric acid level, but also can the serum lipid level, beneficial to improve liver function in patients with gout patients with such as diabetes, hypertension and other more beneficial metabolic diseases and clinical application of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease patients.
