【摘要】：目的：本研究擬對(duì)結(jié)直腸癌和2型糖尿病相關(guān)性的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行Meta分析。方法：計(jì)算機(jī)檢索美國(guó)國(guó)立醫(yī)學(xué)圖書館旗下的PubMed數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、美國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)索引旗下的Medline數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、荷蘭醫(yī)學(xué)文摘旗下的EMbase數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、萬方數(shù)據(jù)知識(shí)服務(wù)平臺(tái)旗下的數(shù)字化期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、中國(guó)知網(wǎng)旗下的相關(guān)期刊論文、中國(guó)生物醫(yī)學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、維普資訊旗下的中文科技期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)等1999年到2013年發(fā)表的關(guān)于結(jié)直腸癌和2型糖尿病的相關(guān)性的研究和文獻(xiàn)。并輔以手工檢索中、英文已發(fā)表的資料和會(huì)議論文并追索納入文獻(xiàn)的參考文獻(xiàn),使用RevMan5.3軟件進(jìn)行Meta分析。結(jié)果：共納入8篇文獻(xiàn),納入的文獻(xiàn)發(fā)表年限為1999年到2013年,總病例數(shù)為416602例。8篇文獻(xiàn)中病例數(shù)從14109例到118072例不等。其中各有4個(gè)研究分別單獨(dú)研究女性及男性發(fā)病情況,有兩篇文獻(xiàn)對(duì)男性和女性的發(fā)病均有研究。這8個(gè)研究均研究的是2型糖尿病患者,通過病史詢問及發(fā)病時(shí)年齡判斷為2型糖尿病。Meta分析顯示,2型糖尿病患者罹患結(jié)直腸癌的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)是正常對(duì)照組的1.39倍[95%CI(1.27,1.53),P0.00001]。結(jié)論：研究結(jié)果表明了結(jié)直腸癌的發(fā)病與2型糖尿病具有相關(guān)性,因此建議對(duì)2型糖尿病人群的定期體檢及隨訪中進(jìn)行消化道腫瘤的篩查。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the relationship between colorectal cancer and type 2 diabetes by Meta. Methods: the PubMed database of the National Library of Medicine and the Medline database of the American Medical Index were searched by computer. The EMbase database of Dutch Medical Abstracts, the full text Database of Digital Journals under Wanfang data knowledge Service platform, the full text Database of Chinese Journals under China knowledge Network, the Chinese Biomedical Database, From 1999 to 2013, the database of Chinese science and technology journals of WIP Information has published research and literature on the correlation between colorectal cancer and type 2 diabetes. The published materials and conference papers in English were used for Meta analysis with the help of RevMan5.3 software. Results: eight articles were included, and the published years were from 1999 to 2013. The total number of cases ranged from 14109 to 118072 in 416602 articles. There are two articles that study both men and women who develop type 2 diabetes. Meta-analysis showed that the risk of colorectal cancer in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was 1.39 times higher than that in the normal control group. Conclusion: the results showed that the risk of colorectal cancer in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was 1.39 times higher than that in the normal control group. Conclusion: the results of the study indicate that the incidence of colorectal cancer is associated with the incidence of colorectal cancer. Type 2 diabetes is associated, It is suggested that type 2 diabetes should be screened for digestive tract tumors during regular physical examination and follow-up.
