【摘要】：暈動(dòng)病是在航空、航天、航海旅行及作業(yè)過程中,由異常加速度刺激引起的生理功能紊亂。已證實(shí)前庭系統(tǒng)作為運(yùn)動(dòng)感受和加速度信息加工的核心,對(duì)暈動(dòng)病的誘發(fā)及自主神經(jīng)癥狀的產(chǎn)生起重要作用。雖然暈動(dòng)病的發(fā)生機(jī)制尚未完全闡明,但近年來在感覺沖突理論的生理基礎(chǔ)、自主神經(jīng)反射的神經(jīng)機(jī)制等方面有了新的突破。本文綜述了前庭-視覺-本體感覺信息整合、前庭-海馬及前庭-皮質(zhì)通路與運(yùn)動(dòng)信息加工、前庭-內(nèi)臟反射通路及前庭遞質(zhì)系統(tǒng)與抗暈動(dòng)病藥物靶點(diǎn)等的研究進(jìn)展,為促進(jìn)新型暈動(dòng)病防治手段的開發(fā)和應(yīng)用提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Motion sickness is a disorder of physiological function caused by abnormal acceleration during aviation, aerospace, navigation travel and operation. It has been proved that vestibular system is the core of motion perception and acceleration information processing. It plays an important role in the induction of motion sickness and the generation of autonomic nervous symptoms. Although the mechanism of motion sickness has not been fully elucidated, it has been the physiological basis of the theory of sensory conflict in recent years. New breakthroughs have been made in the neural mechanism of autonomic reflex. In this review, the vestibular visual proprioceptive information integration, vestibular hippocampal and vestibulo-cortical pathways and motor information processing are reviewed. The research progress of vestibule-visceral reflex pathway, vestibular transmitter system and drug targets of anti-motion sickness provides a reference for the development and application of new methods for the prevention and treatment of motion sickness.
