【摘要】：正隨著生活水平及飲食習(xí)慣的不斷改變,糖尿病在臨床上的發(fā)病率也呈現(xiàn)著不斷上升的趨勢,該病屬于慢性代謝性疾病,對患者的生命健康造成較大威脅,其發(fā)病機制多認(rèn)為和胰島素抵抗、胰島素分泌功能損傷有關(guān)~([1])。本次研究對早期糖尿病患者、2型糖尿病、正常空腹血糖各人群中肝酶水平進行比較,其與肝損害之間的相關(guān)性,現(xiàn)報道如下。1資料與方法1.1一般資料選擇2014年1月至2016年1月本院
[Abstract]:With the continuous change of living standard and diet habits, the incidence of diabetes in clinic is also increasing. The disease is a chronic metabolic disease, which is a great threat to the life and health of patients. The pathogenesis is related to insulin resistance and insulin secretory function damage. This study compared the level of liver enzyme in early diabetic patients with type 2 diabetes, normal fasting blood glucose and liver damage.
