糖尿病伴牙周炎患者全唾液中牙周致病菌的檢測及其臨床意義

【摘要】:目的通過檢測糖尿病伴牙周炎患者全唾液中牙周致病菌的種類和數(shù)量,探討伴該病患者口腔中菌斑微生物的構(gòu)成及數(shù)量特點,分析牙周炎嚴重程度及血糖控制情況對全唾液中牙周致病菌群的影響。方法采用病例對照研究,納入糖尿病合并牙周炎患者(DM+CP)24例,單純牙周炎患者(CP)30例及健康者(NC)30名。收集靜息全唾液,采用以16SrRNA為基礎(chǔ)的PCR檢測全唾液中牙齦卟啉單胞菌(Pg)、中間型普里沃氏菌(Pi)、福塞坦氏菌(Tf)。結(jié)果與NC組比較,DM+CP組和CP組3種牙周致病菌檢出率及相對含量升高(P0.05)。DM+CP組Tf檢出率(33%)低于CP組(63%)(P0.05)。與CP組中重度牙周炎患者比較,DM+CP組HbA1c6.5%及HbA1c≥6.5%患者Tf檢出率及相對含量降低(P0.05)。DM+CP組和CP組中重度牙周炎癥患者Pg與Pi檢出率及相對含量均高于輕度牙周炎癥患者。結(jié)論隨著系統(tǒng)性糖代謝水平的異常,繼而導(dǎo)致全身微環(huán)境的改變,最終對牙周局部菌斑微生物的定植產(chǎn)生影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the species and quantity of periodontal pathogenic bacteria in the whole saliva of patients with diabetes mellitus and periodontitis, and to explore the composition and quantitative characteristics of plaque microbes in the oral cavity of patients with diabetes mellitus and periodontitis. To analyze the effect of periodontitis severity and blood glucose control on periodontal pathogenic bacteria in whole saliva. Methods A case-control study was carried out in patients with diabetes mellitus and periodontitis. 30 patients with pure periodontitis and 30 healthy controls were collected from resting whole saliva. PCR based on 16s rRNA was used for the detection of porphyromonas gingivalis in whole saliva, Prevosiella intermedia, and TfSU. Results compared with NC group, the detection rate and relative content of three periodontal pathogenic bacteria in DM CP group and CP group were increased P0.05.DM CP.
