【摘要】：目的:為探討老年糖尿病患者老年綜合征的發(fā)病情況及老年綜合征的影響因素,以便指導臨床醫(yī)生合理評估并積極干預老年綜合征,提高對老年糖尿病患者老年綜合征的認知及患者的生存質(zhì)量。方法:納入2016年5月至2016年12月期間在廣西醫(yī)科大學第一附屬醫(yī)院住院的156例≥60歲的老年患者,根據(jù)糖尿病發(fā)病情況分為糖尿病組與非糖尿病對照組,收集一般臨床資料,調(diào)查日常生活能力、營養(yǎng)不良、認知功能、跌倒風險、多重用藥、慢性疼痛等情況,比較兩組間老年綜合征的發(fā)病情況、探討老年糖尿病與老年綜合征的關(guān)系及老年綜合征的影響因素。結(jié)果:糖尿病組跌倒風險及多重用藥較對照組嚴重,日常生活能力、認知能力較對照組下降,而兩組的營養(yǎng)狀況及慢性疼痛差異無統(tǒng)計學意義;老年綜合征與年齡、文化水平、骨質(zhì)疏松、糖尿病、腦卒中、體重、血脂、BMI的多重回歸分析有統(tǒng)計學意義。結(jié)論:老年糖尿病患者更容易出現(xiàn)老年綜合征且程度較重,主要體現(xiàn)在日常生活能力、認知能力下降、跌倒風險增大以及多重用藥。年齡、文化水平、骨質(zhì)疏松、糖尿病、腦卒中、體重、血脂異常、BMI是老年綜合征的影響因素。應重視老年糖尿病患者合并老年綜合征情況,做好老年綜合評估,并積極干預。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the incidence of senile syndrome in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and the influencing factors of senile syndrome, so as to guide clinicians to evaluate and actively intervene in senile syndrome. Methods: from May 2016 to December 2016, 156 elderly patients aged over 60 were enrolled in the first affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University. According to the incidence of diabetes, they were divided into diabetic group and non-diabetic control group. General clinical data were collected to investigate the activities of daily life, malnutrition, cognitive function, fall risk, multiple medication, chronic pain and so on. To compare the incidence of senile syndrome between the two groups, to explore the relationship between senile diabetes mellitus and senile syndrome and the influencing factors of senile syndrome. Results: the risk of falling down and multiple medication in diabetes group were more serious than those in control group, and the ability of daily living was higher than that in control group. Cognitive ability was lower than that of control group, but there was no significant difference in nutritional status and chronic pain between the two groups; elderly syndrome and age, education level, osteoporosis, diabetes, stroke, body weight, Conclusion: elderly patients with diabetes are more likely to develop elderly syndrome and the degree is more serious, mainly reflected in the ability of daily life, cognitive ability decline, Age, education, osteoporosis, diabetes, stroke, body weight, and BMI of dyslipidemia are the influencing factors of senile syndrome. Do a good job of comprehensive assessment of the elderly, and active intervention.
