【摘要】：隨著抗反轉(zhuǎn)錄病毒治療的廣泛應(yīng)用,大幅度降低了艾滋病的發(fā)病率和病死率,同時(shí)艾滋病合并腦血管疾病的問(wèn)題引起了人們的關(guān)注。很多研究表明,艾滋病病毒感染及抗病毒治療藥物可增加發(fā)生腦卒中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),一些學(xué)者提出了預(yù)防和治療措施。文章對(duì)艾滋病人群腦卒中研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:With the widespread use of antiretroviral therapy, the incidence and mortality of AIDS have been greatly reduced. At the same time, the problem of AIDS associated with cerebrovascular diseases has attracted people's attention. HIV infection and antiviral drugs can increase the risk of stroke. Some scholars have put forward preventive and therapeutic measures.
