【摘要】：隨著抗反轉(zhuǎn)錄病毒治療的廣泛應用,大幅度降低了艾滋病的發(fā)病率和病死率,同時艾滋病合并腦血管疾病的問題引起了人們的關(guān)注。很多研究表明,艾滋病病毒感染及抗病毒治療藥物可增加發(fā)生腦卒中的風險,一些學者提出了預防和治療措施。文章對艾滋病人群腦卒中研究進展進行綜述。
[Abstract]:With the widespread use of antiretroviral therapy, the incidence and mortality of AIDS have been greatly reduced. At the same time, the problem of AIDS associated with cerebrovascular diseases has attracted people's attention. HIV infection and antiviral drugs can increase the risk of stroke. Some scholars have put forward preventive and therapeutic measures.
