【摘要】：營養(yǎng)性疾病發(fā)生是營養(yǎng)素失衡的體現(xiàn),是體內(nèi)一類或幾類物質(zhì)代謝異常的結(jié)果,尤其是與飲食中脂肪、糖類、蛋白質(zhì)等密切相關(guān)的脂質(zhì)代謝、糖代謝、氨基酸代謝等。因此,以營養(yǎng)性疾病的代謝物著手,運(yùn)用靶向代謝組學(xué)技術(shù)找到豐度改變有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義的內(nèi)源性代謝物從而探明其代謝異常的機(jī)制,是尋找具有針對性的治療手段的有效方法。本文就肥胖、糖尿病、心血管疾病等營養(yǎng)性疾病的代謝特征以及靶向代謝組學(xué)技術(shù)在營養(yǎng)性疾病動(dòng)物模型和營養(yǎng)干預(yù)等研究中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述,以期為尋找預(yù)防營養(yǎng)性疾病的發(fā)生的有效途徑提供新思路和理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The occurrence of nutritional diseases is the manifestation of nutrient imbalance and the result of abnormal metabolism of one or more kinds of substances in the body, especially lipid metabolism, sugar metabolism, amino acid metabolism and so on, which are closely related to fat, sugar and protein in diet. Starting with the metabolites of nutritious diseases and using targeted metabonomics, we can find out the mechanism of abnormal metabolism of endogenous metabolites with significant changes in abundance. Is an effective way to find targeted treatment. The metabolic characteristics of nutritional diseases such as cardiovascular diseases and the application of targeted metabolic techniques in animal models of nutritional diseases and nutritional intervention are reviewed. In order to find an effective way to prevent the occurrence of nutritional diseases to provide new ideas and theoretical basis.
