【摘要】：正1臨床資料病例1:患者女,64歲,因"血糖控制不佳,雙手麻木1月余"于2014年10月28日入院。該患者2型糖尿病病史20余年,并發(fā)糖尿病周圍神經(jīng)病變,糖尿病腎病Ⅴ期,既往皮下注射門冬胰島素及甘精胰島素,口服鹽酸吡格列酮片、阿卡波糖片控制血糖。患者入院接受胰島素、鹽酸吡格列酮、阿卡波糖控制血糖,鹽酸貝尼地平、鹽酸貝那普利、琥珀酸美托
