【摘要】：目的研究高效抗逆轉(zhuǎn)錄病毒療法(HAART)在艾滋病(HIV)患者中的應(yīng)用。方法入選2013年6月至2015年1月本院收治的艾滋病患者60例為研究對象,對所有患者均給予高效抗逆轉(zhuǎn)錄病毒療法,采取聯(lián)合治療:拉米夫定0.3 g qd,齊多夫定0.3 g bid,依非韋倫600 mg qn。治療后3,6,12個月,比較患者的CD4~+T淋巴細胞計數(shù)和HIV病毒載量變化,分析患者的臨床療效和藥物不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果治療12個月后患者的有效率為93.33%(56/60例)。CD4~+T淋巴細胞計數(shù)和病毒載量:與治療前的(104.74±9.58)pcs·μL~(-1)、(7.76±0.42)g·copies·m L~(-1)比較,治療3個月后分別為(144.64±6.47)pcs·μL~(-1)、(4.80±0.20)g·copies·m L~(-1),差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。有7例患者發(fā)生骨髓抑制,5例發(fā)生肝毒性(在治療后1,2個月出現(xiàn)),3例出現(xiàn)Ⅱ級末梢神經(jīng)炎(在治療后3,4,6個月出現(xiàn))。結(jié)論 HAART療法對HIV患者進行治療,免疫學(xué)和病毒學(xué)效果良好。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the application of HAART in HIV / AIDS patients. Methods 60 AIDS patients admitted from June 2013 to January 2015 were included in the study, and all patients were treated with high effective antiretroviral therapy. Combined treatment: lamivudine 0.3 g QD, zidovudine 0.3 g bid, efeverun 600 mg Qn.Three months and 12 months after treatment, the changes of CD4T lymphocyte count and HIV viral load were compared.
