抗阻力量訓(xùn)練對(duì)青年和老年女性骨密度的影響

【摘要】:目的探討相同負(fù)荷強(qiáng)度的抗阻力量訓(xùn)練對(duì)青年和老年女性骨密度的影響。方法身高、體重相匹配的青年組(n=36)和老年組(n=34)進(jìn)行16w軀干、上下肢的抗阻力量訓(xùn)練。測(cè)試受試者腰椎(L_2~L_4)、股骨近端(股骨頸、Ward三角區(qū)、大轉(zhuǎn)子)骨密度,拉力和下肢肌力。結(jié)果 (1)(3)干預(yù)后青年組股骨頸、Ward三角區(qū)和腰椎(L_2~L_4)BMD和拉力顯著增大(P0.05),大轉(zhuǎn)子BMD無(wú)顯著變化;老年組股骨頸、Ward三角區(qū)和腰椎(L_2~L_4)BMD、拉力和下肢肌力顯著增大(P0.05),大轉(zhuǎn)子BMD無(wú)顯著變化。(2)拉力與腰椎(L_2~L_4)、股骨頸、Ward三角區(qū)和大轉(zhuǎn)子BMD呈顯著正相關(guān)(r=0.642、0.686、0.600、0.781)、下肢肌力與腰椎(L_2~L_4)和Ward三角區(qū)BMD呈顯著正相關(guān)(r=0.526,r=0.619)。結(jié)論 16 w力量訓(xùn)練改善了青年和老年女性腰椎和股骨近端的骨密度且無(wú)年齡差異,但對(duì)大轉(zhuǎn)子骨密度改善不顯著。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of resistance strength training with the same load intensity on bone mineral density (BMD) in young and elderly women. Resistance strength training of upper and lower extremities. Bone mineral density (BMD) of the proximal femur (femoral neck Ward triangle, trochanter) was measured. Results after the intervention, the femoral neck Ward Ward triangle area and the lumbar spine L2L 4 BMD and the tensile force of the young group increased significantly (P 0.05), but the BMD of the great trochanter did not change significantly. In the elderly group, there was a significant positive correlation between the tension and lower limb muscle strength and the BMD of the greater trochanter, and the L2 / L + L4 / L4 / L2 / L + T / L + T / L / L + T / T group. There was a significant positive correlation between the tensile strength and the L2 / L _ 4 / L _ 4 of the lumbar spine, r _ (0.642) ~ 0.6860.600 / 0.600 / 0.781A, the muscle strength of the lower extremity and the L2T / L4 / L _ 4) and the L2T / L _ 4 / L _ 4) and the L2T / L _ 4 / L _ 4 / L _ 4, respectively. There was a significant positive correlation between BMD and BMD in the Ward triangle. Conclusion the bone mineral density of lumbar vertebrae and proximal femur in young and aged women was improved by 16w strength training, and there was no age difference between them. But the bone mineral density of the trochanter was not improved significantly.
