【摘要】：正病例資料患者,男,28歲,于2個(gè)月前發(fā)現(xiàn)陰囊皮疹,皮膚局部潰爛,形成小潰瘍,伴輕度壓痛,無(wú)明顯瘙癢等癥狀。在當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院予以頭孢類抗生素等抗炎治療無(wú)明顯效果,遂轉(zhuǎn)入我院就診。查體:陰囊根部見(jiàn)花生米大小的潰瘍面,潰瘍較深,底部見(jiàn)淡藍(lán)色分泌物附著,邊緣光整,可見(jiàn)少許肉芽生長(zhǎng),外生殖器無(wú)明顯異常�；颊呷朐汉蟪霈F(xiàn)間斷發(fā)熱,頭面部皮膚出現(xiàn)紅色丘疹。胸部CT平掃示雙肺(主要分布于雙側(cè)中上肺野)彌漫分布大小不一的囊狀透亮影,直徑均20mm,囊壁厚度約1~1.5mm,部分囊壁呈結(jié)節(jié)樣增
[Abstract]:The patient, 28 years old, found scrotal rash, local ulceration, small ulcers, mild tenderness, no obvious pruritus and so on. There was no obvious effect of anti-inflammatory therapy such as cephalosporin antibiotics in local hospital. The root of the scrotum showed a peanut rice-sized ulcer surface, the ulcer was deeper, the bottom of the ulcer was slightly blue, the edge was smooth, and a little granulation was visible. There was no obvious abnormality in the external genitalia. The patient had intermittent fever and red papules on the skin of the head and face after admission. The diameter is 20 mm, the thickness of the cyst wall is about 1 ~ 1. 5 mm, and some of the cyst wall is nodular.
