【摘要】：目的探討利拉魯肽對(duì)2型糖尿病合并高血壓患者血糖、血壓及血脂的影響。方法選取2型糖尿病合并高血壓患者120例,隨機(jī)分為觀察組與對(duì)照組各60例。觀察組給予利拉魯肽治療,起始劑量為0.6 mg/d皮下注射,1周后增加劑量至1.2 mg/d,若隨機(jī)血糖11.1 mmol/L或空腹血糖7.0 mmol/L,2周后增至1.8 mg/d。對(duì)照組給予胰島素治療,根據(jù)患者情況每天多次皮下注射。兩組均治療12周。分別于治療前及治療后當(dāng)日測(cè)量血糖、血壓、血脂。結(jié)果治療后兩組空腹血糖、糖化血紅蛋白、空腹胰島素、胰島素抵抗指數(shù)、收縮壓、舒張壓、總膽固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白與治療前比較,P均0.05;治療后觀察組以上指標(biāo)與對(duì)照組比較,P均0.05。結(jié)論利拉魯肽能有效控制2型糖尿病合并高血壓患者的血糖水平,降低血壓和血脂。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of liraud on blood glucose, blood pressure and blood lipid in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension. Methods 120 patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with hypertension were selected. They were randomly divided into observation group (n = 60) and control group (n = 60). The initial dose of 0.6 mg/d was increased to 1.2 mg / d one week after subcutaneous injection, and if the random glucose was 11.1 mmol/L or fasting glucose was 7.0 mmol / L ~ (-1) after 2 weeks, it was increased to 1.8 mg / d. The control group was treated with insulin. Blood glucose, blood pressure, blood lipids were measured before and after treatment for 12 weeks. Results fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, fasting insulin were measured in the two groups after treatment. Insulin resistance index, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein, Low density lipoprotein (LDL) was significantly higher than that of control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Lilaru peptide can effectively control blood glucose level and decrease blood pressure and blood lipid in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension.
