【摘要】：目的:通過統(tǒng)計(jì)40例rh GM-CSF治療47-67歲血糖升高病人體表長時(shí)間不愈合傷口的治療效果,評估他治療47-67歲血糖升高病人體表長時(shí)間不愈合傷口的非手術(shù)療法的可行性。方法:選擇于2013-03至2013-11在山西醫(yī)科大學(xué)第一醫(yī)院燒傷整形外科住院治療的47-67歲血糖升高病人體表長時(shí)間不愈合傷口40例,隨機(jī)分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組、對照組兩組,每組各20例。試驗(yàn)組:rh GM-CSF凝膠+凡士林紗布治療組;對照組:凡士林紗布組。試驗(yàn)時(shí)長為8周。觀察兩組傷口色澤及肉芽組織和上皮生長情況,統(tǒng)計(jì)兩組傷口愈合率,記錄用藥后的不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果:入組前兩組傷口各方面情況比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);開始治療后,兩組傷口均有好轉(zhuǎn)趨勢,治療8周后,兩組傷口色澤及肉芽組織和上皮生長情況和愈合率比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:rh GM-CSF治療47-67歲血糖升高病人體表長時(shí)間不愈合傷口有良好作用,能促進(jìn)創(chuàng)面愈合,且沒有明顯不良反應(yīng),可以用來治療47-67歲血糖升高病人體表長時(shí)間不愈合傷口的非手術(shù)療法,既安全又有效,具有臨床可行性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the therapeutic effect of 40 patients with hyperglycemia of 47-67 years old by using Rh GM-CSF to treat non-union wounds in body surface for a long time. To evaluate the feasibility of his non-operative therapy for patients aged 47-67 with hyperglycemia. Methods: 47-67-year-old hyperglycemia was selected from 2013-03 to 2013-11 for in-patient treatment in burn plastic surgery, first Hospital of Shanxi Medical University. There were 40 patients with high body surface who did not heal the wound for a long time. The rats were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group, control group, 20 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Vaseline gauze and the control group was treated with Vaseline gauze. The length of the experiment was 8 weeks. The wound color, granulation tissue and epithelium growth were observed in the two groups. Results: there was no significant difference between the two groups in the wound healing rate and the adverse reactions after medication. Results: there was no significant difference between the two groups in all aspects of the wound, and there was a trend of improvement in the two groups after the beginning of treatment, and after 8 weeks of treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in the wound healing rate. There were significant differences in the color and color of wound, the growth of granulation tissue and epithelium and the healing rate between the two groups (P0.050.Conclusion the treatment of body surface non-union wound of 47-67 years old patients with hyperglycemia by w / rh GM-CSF has a good effect and can promote wound healing. It is safe, effective and clinically feasible to treat the patients with hyperglycemia of 47 to 67 years old, which can be used as a non-operative therapy for long time nonunion of wounds in the body surface of patients with hyperglycemia.
