【摘要】：目的比較原發(fā)性卵巢功能不全(primary ovarian insufficiency,POI)病人、絕經(jīng)期婦女及正常體檢女性的性激素、糖脂代謝及其他生物化學指標之間的差異,以期提高對POI病人健康狀況的關(guān)注程度。方法納入108例POI病人、114名絕經(jīng)期女性、63例正常體檢女性,分別測量其性激素、糖脂代謝、其他生物化學指標(相關(guān)檢測試劑盒的批間誤差、批內(nèi)誤差控制在3%~5%)。結(jié)果 3組之間體質(zhì)量指數(shù)(body mass index,BMI)差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),卵泡刺激素(follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)、黃體生成素(luteinizing hormone,LH)、雌二醇(estradiol,E2)兩兩比較差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)�？偰懝檀�(total cholesterol,TC)、空腹胰島素[fasting insulin,FINS]、胰島素抵抗指數(shù)(homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance,HOMA-IR)POI組與絕經(jīng)組的測量值均明顯大于對照組(P0.05)、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(high density lipoprotein-cholesterol,HDL-C)和睪酮(testosterone,T)濃度明顯低于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論本研究中POI病人的TC、FINS、HOMA-IR、HDL-C已經(jīng)達到絕經(jīng)期女性水平(P0.05),長期發(fā)展可能影響病人的生活質(zhì)量,臨床醫(yī)生應(yīng)及早對POI病人進行干預與治療。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the sex hormones in primary ovarian inefficiency poi patients, menopausal women and healthy women. The difference of glucose and lipid metabolism and other biochemical indexes in order to improve the attention to the health status of patients with POI. Methods 114 menopausal women were included in 108 patients with POI. Sex hormones, glucose and lipid metabolism, and other biochemical indexes were measured in 63 healthy women. Results there was no significant difference in body mass index (BMI) between the three groups (P 0.05). Follicle stimulating hormone (follicle stimulating), luteinizing luteinizing (LH). Estradiolus estradiolium E2) there were significant differences between two groups (P 0.05). Total cholesterol cholesterol (TC), total cholesterol (TC), fasting insulin (fasting insulin) were significantly higher than that of control group (P = 0.05). [Fasting insulin,FINS]. Insulin resistance index: homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance. The measured values in HOMA-IR)POI group and menopausal group were significantly higher than those in control group (P0.05). High density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C) and testosterone testosterone. Conclusion the concentration of TCA FINSHOMA-IR in patients with POI was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). HDL-C has reached the menopausal level of P0.05, long-term development may affect the quality of life of patients, clinicians should intervene and treat POI patients as early as possible.
