【摘要】：目的了解成都市男男性行為者(MSM)人群HIV抗體檢測情況與HIV新發(fā)感染水平。方法利用成都市2012-2015年MSM哨點(diǎn)監(jiān)測資料,通過問卷了解最近一次(不包括當(dāng)次檢測)HIV檢測時(shí)間及檢測結(jié)果,比較是否有檢測史的兩組人群HIV感染的危險(xiǎn)性,計(jì)算HIV新發(fā)感染率。結(jié)果 2012-2015年成都市MSM人群HIV感染率為14.8%(304/2 056),既往進(jìn)行過HIV檢測的比例為69.8%(1 435/2 056),55.3%(1 136/2 056)在最近1年內(nèi)檢測過HIV。無HIV檢測史組HIV感染的的危險(xiǎn)性(OR)為有檢測史組的2.607倍(95%CI=2.033~3.342)。有HIV檢測史的MSM人群中,HIV新發(fā)感染率為12.39/100人年。結(jié)論成都市MSM人群HIV感染率及新發(fā)感染率均較高,應(yīng)該加強(qiáng)該人群的干預(yù)檢測力度,以降低艾滋病的感染風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the detection of HIV antibody and the level of new HIV infection in MSM (MSM) population in Chengdu. Methods the sentinel surveillance data of MSM from 2012 to 2015 in Chengdu were used. To compare the risk of HIV infection between the two groups who had a history of testing or not, to find out the time and results of the most recent test (not including the time and results of the current test). Results the HIV infection rate of MSM population in Chengdu from 2012 to 2015 was 14.840 / 2056). The proportion of previous HIV tests was 69.8% and 1 435/2 / 056). In the last year, HIV was tested. The risk of HIV infection in the group without history of HIV detection was 2.607 times as high as that in the group with history of detection. There were 2. 033 and 3. 342 MSM patients with a history of HIV detection. The new infection rate of HIV is 12.39 / 100 person-years. Conclusion the HIV infection rate and the new infection rate of MSM population in Chengdu are higher, so we should strengthen the intervention and detection of this population. To reduce the risk of HIV infection.
