【摘要】：目的探討2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清25羥維生素D3〔25-(OH)D3〕水平與周圍神經(jīng)病變(DPN)的相關(guān)性。方法選擇2015年1~10月在該院就診的T2DM患者124例,其中64例合并DPN的患者為觀察組,另60例單純T2DM患者為對(duì)照組,比較兩組實(shí)驗(yàn)室指標(biāo)水平及血清25-(OH)D3相關(guān)指標(biāo)情況,分析血清25-(OH)D3與DPN的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果兩組血肌酐、甲狀旁腺激素(PTH)、血鈣、血磷水平比較無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05)。觀察組的血清25-(OH)D3水平顯著低于對(duì)照組,25-(OH)D3含量20 ng/ml的比例顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。Pearson相關(guān)分析發(fā)現(xiàn),血清25-(OH)D3與DPN的發(fā)病呈負(fù)相關(guān)。結(jié)論 T2DM合并DPN的患者血清25-(OH)D3水平顯著低于單純T2DM患者,且血清25-(OH)D3與DNP之間呈負(fù)相關(guān)聯(lián)系。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the relationship between the serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D 325-OHD3 level and peripheral neuropathy (DPN) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods 124 cases of T2DM were selected from 2015 to October. 64 patients with DPN were treated as observation group and 60 patients with simple T2DM as control group. The laboratory indexes and serum 25-OHH D3 related indexes were compared between the two groups. Results the serum creatinine, parathyroid hormone (PTH) and serum calcium in the two groups were analyzed. There was no significant difference in serum phosphorus levels between the two groups (P 0.05). The serum levels of 25-OHN D3 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The percentage of OHN D3 content in the control group with 20 ng/ml was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05N. Pearson correlation analysis). Conclusion the serum level of 25-OHH D3 in patients with T2DM with DPN was significantly lower than that in patients with T2DM alone. There was a negative correlation between serum 25-OHN D 3 and DNP.
