【摘要】：目的:觀察參芪降糖顆粒輔助治療2型糖尿病性膝關(guān)節(jié)炎的療效和安全性。方法:62例2型糖尿病性膝關(guān)節(jié)炎患者隨機分為對照組(31例)和觀察組(31例)。對照組患者均給予降糖、針對關(guān)節(jié)炎的基礎(chǔ)治療,包括飲食控制、運動療法及健康教育,同時口服鹽酸二甲雙胍片0.25g,每日3次,餐中服用+阿卡波糖片50mg,每日3次,餐中嚼服;關(guān)節(jié)炎疼痛患者服用阿司匹林腸溶片100mg,每日1次,飯后口服(不可嚼碎或掰開服用)。觀察組患者在對照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上給予參芪降糖顆粒3g,每日3次,餐前半小時用50ml溫水沖服。兩組療程均為6個月。觀察兩組患者的臨床療效,治療前后的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血紅蛋白(HbA1c)、白細胞介素(IL)-1β、IL-6及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果:觀察組患者總有效率顯著高于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療前,兩組患者FPG、2hPG、HbA_1c、IL-1β、IL-6水平比較,差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療后,兩組患者FPG、2hPG、HbA1c、IL-1β、IL-6水平均顯著低于同組治療前,且觀察組低于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。兩組患者不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:在常規(guī)治療的基礎(chǔ)上,參芪降糖顆粒輔助治療2型糖尿病性膝關(guān)節(jié)炎的療效顯著,可降低血糖及炎癥因子水平,且不良反應(yīng)癥狀輕微。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the efficacy and safety of Shenqi Jiangtang granule in the treatment of type 2 diabetic knee arthritis. Methods: 62 cases of type 2 diabetic knee arthritis were randomly divided into control group (n = 31) and observation group (n = 31). 31 patients in the control group were treated with hypoglycemia. Basic treatment for arthritis, including diet control, exercise therapy and health education, at the same time oral metformin hydrochloride tablets 0.25g, 3 times a day, eat 50 mg of acarbose tablets, 3 times a day. A chewy dress in a meal; Patients with arthritis pain took aspirin enteric-coated tablets 100 mg once a day, oral after meals (not chewed or broken up to take). The patients in the observation group were given Shenqi Jiangtang granule 3 g on the basis of treatment in the control group. Three times a day, half an hour before meal with 50ml warm water. The course of treatment in both groups was 6 months. The clinical effects of the two groups were observed, the fasting blood glucose before and after treatment, 2 h postprandial blood glucose and 2 hPGs were observed. Results: the total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Before treatment, the levels of IL-1 尾 and IL-6 were compared between the two groups. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-1 尾 and IL-6 in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the same group. And the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusion: on the basis of routine treatment. Shenqi Jiangtang granule was effective in the treatment of type 2 diabetic knee arthritis. It could reduce the level of blood sugar and inflammatory factors, and the adverse reaction was mild.
