【摘要】：目的:本研究通過測定類風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎患者及健康對照組血漿組織因子、組織因子途徑抑制物的水平,進(jìn)一步研究探討RA凝血機(jī)制變化,為RA患者的易栓傾向引起器官損害的預(yù)防提供新思路。方法:采用雙抗體夾心酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法測定42例RA患者、33例健康對照者血漿TF、TFPI的水平。結(jié)果:(1)RA患者血漿TF、TFPI水平均明顯高于對照組(P0.01);(2)RA組患者血漿TF水平與DAS28呈正相關(guān)(P0.05),TFPI水平與抗凝血酶Ⅲ呈正相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論:(1)血漿TF、TFPI可能參與了易栓性疾病RA患者凝血及抗凝機(jī)制的變化過程;(2)隨著RA疾病活動度的增高,凝血活性增強(qiáng);(3)易栓性疾病RA患者抗凝物質(zhì)TFPI代償性升高。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the changes of coagulation mechanism of RA by measuring the levels of tissue factor and tissue factor pathway inhibitor in patients with rheumatoid arthritis and healthy control group. Methods: plasma TF was determined by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa) in 42 RA patients and 33 healthy controls. Results the level of TFPI in plasma of RA patients was significantly higher than that of control group (P 0.01). There was a positive correlation between plasma TF level and DAS28 level in RA group.
