【摘要】：代謝正常型肥胖是肥胖的一種特殊表型,其定義、診斷尚無統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn),而在國內(nèi)外研究中的檢出率也有較大差異。同時(shí)該表型的發(fā)生機(jī)制及其與常見健康結(jié)局之間的關(guān)系還有待進(jìn)一步闡明。本文對(duì)代謝正常型肥胖的流行情況、發(fā)生機(jī)制及預(yù)后等進(jìn)行綜述,以便后續(xù)研究者更加深入了解。
[Abstract]:Normal metabolic obesity is a special phenotype of obesity. There is no uniform standard for its definition and diagnosis. At the same time, the mechanism of the phenotype and the relationship between the phenotype and the common healthy outcome need to be further elucidated. The mechanism and prognosis of the disease were reviewed in order to provide a better understanding of the mechanism and prognosis.
