ADAM33基因S1和S2多態(tài)性與哮喘易感性關(guān)聯(lián)的Meta分析

【摘要】:目的探討整合素和金屬蛋白酶域33(ADAM33)基因S1(rs3918396 GA)和S2(rs528557 GC)多態(tài)性與哮喘易感性的相關(guān)性。方法檢索CBM、維普、萬方、CNKI、Pub Med、Embase、Google學(xué)術(shù)、Web of Science等電子數(shù)據(jù)庫,檢索范圍從建庫至2013年8月,采用STATA 12.0軟件計(jì)算優(yōu)勢(shì)比(OR)及其95%可信區(qū)間(95%CI)。結(jié)果共計(jì)納入10項(xiàng)病例對(duì)照研究,包括5 777例哮喘患者和6 800例健康對(duì)照人群。Meta分析結(jié)果表明:ADAM33基因S2多態(tài)性與哮喘易感性增加有關(guān)(G vs.C:OR=1.17,95%CI:1.10~1.24,P0.001;GG+GC vs.CC:OR=1.35,95%CI:1.20~1.53,P0.001),但S1多態(tài)性與哮喘易感性無明確統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)關(guān)聯(lián)(G vs.A:OR=0.92,95%CI:0.71~1.18,P=0.502;GG+GC vs.CC:OR=0.76,95%CI:0.45~1.27,P=0.295)。根據(jù)種族不同進(jìn)行亞組分析發(fā)現(xiàn),ADAM33基因S2多態(tài)性與亞洲人群和歐美人群哮喘易感性增加均有關(guān)聯(lián)(P均0.05)。然而ADAM33基因S1多態(tài)性與不同種族人群哮喘易感性均無顯著關(guān)聯(lián)(均P0.05)。結(jié)論 ADAM33 S2多態(tài)性可能與哮喘易感性增加有關(guān),它可以作為早期診斷哮喘的重要分子標(biāo)志物。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of integrin and metalloproteinase domain 33 (ADAM33) gene S1 rs3918396) and S2 rs528557 GC). The association between polymorphism and susceptibility to asthma. Methods CBM was searched. Weip, CNKI, Pub Medbase, Google academic Web of Science and other electronic databases. The search ranges from the construction of the database to August 2013. STATA 12.0 software was used to calculate the odds ratio (OR) and its 95% confidence interval (95% CI). The results were included in 10 case-control studies. A meta-analysis of 5 777 asthmatic patients and 6 800 healthy controls showed that the S2 polymorphism of the 1: ADAM33 gene was associated with increased susceptibility to asthma. G vs.C:OR=1.17. 95 CI: 1.10 and 1.24 P0.001; GG GC vs.CC: 1.35 and 95 CI: 1.20 1.53 P0.001). However, there was no statistical correlation between S1 polymorphism and asthma susceptibility. GG GC vs.CC: 0.76 / 95 CI: 0.45 / 1.27 / 0.295.The subgroup analysis was conducted according to race. S2 polymorphism of ADAM33 gene was associated with increased susceptibility to asthma in Asian and European populations (P < 0.05). However, there was no significant association between S1 polymorphism of ADAM33 gene and susceptibility to asthma in different ethnic groups (all P 0.05). Conclusion ADAM33 S2 polymorphism may be associated with increased susceptibility to asthma. It can be used as an important molecular marker for early diagnosis of asthma.
