【摘要】：目的探討血清丙氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶(ALT)和γ-谷氨酰轉(zhuǎn)肽酶(GGT)與糖尿病患病之間的關(guān)系及性別差異。方法采用隨機整群抽樣方法選擇3 375例社區(qū)居民,分析入選者的臨床資料,按照血清ALT和GGT四分位水平分別將人群分為四組,ALT13.0 U/L為第1分位組、13.0~16.9 U/L為第2分位組、17.0~22.9 U/L為第3分位組、≥23.0 U/L為第4分位組;GGT15.0 U/L為第1分位組、15.0~19.9 U/L為第2分位組、20.0~27.9 U/L為第3分位組、≥28.0 U/L為第4分位組。采用多因素Logistic回歸分析ALT、GGT四分位水平與糖尿病患病的關(guān)系。結(jié)果 3 375例社區(qū)居民,糖尿病患病率男性30.9%、女性24.3%。男性、女性糖尿病患者ALT、GGT水平高于非糖尿病者(P均0.05)。隨著ALT、GGT四分位水平的升高,男女兩性糖尿病患病率也逐漸升高(P均0.05)。多因素Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,調(diào)整其他因素后,總?cè)巳褐蠫GT第4分位組糖尿病患病風(fēng)險是第1分位組的1.88倍(95%CI 1.43~2.47),P0.05�？�?cè)巳褐蠥LT第4分位組糖尿病患病風(fēng)險(95%CI 1.11~1.88),P0.05;分性別后分析,僅在男性人群中存在ALT水平與糖尿病患病之間的獨立相關(guān)關(guān)系。結(jié)論血清GGT水平與糖尿病患病獨立相關(guān),血清ALT水平與糖尿病患病的關(guān)系可能存在性別差異。
