Treg/Th17比率與肥胖和2型糖尿病腎病的關(guān)系

背景2010年全球約有2.85億人患有糖尿病,預(yù)計(jì)到2030年糖尿病患病人數(shù)將增加至4.39億,相當(dāng)于全球7.7%的20-49歲成年人的數(shù)量,大約90%的糖尿病為2型糖尿病。2型糖尿病的高血糖狀態(tài)會(huì)導(dǎo)致血管、神經(jīng)及器官的損傷。盡管中度的血糖升高不會(huì)使機(jī)體出現(xiàn)任何癥狀,但長期的高血糖會(huì)損傷機(jī)體,導(dǎo)致糖尿病并發(fā)癥,如心腦血管疾病、神經(jīng)損傷、糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變、糖尿病腎病等。如果腎臟小血管堵塞,空隙增大,腎臟的生理功能就會(huì)出現(xiàn)損害。傳統(tǒng)觀點(diǎn)認(rèn)為,代謝和血液因素是引起糖尿病腎病的主要因素,新的研究顯示,炎癥在糖尿病腎病的進(jìn)展中發(fā)揮重要作用,T細(xì)胞可能參與糖尿病腎病的發(fā)生和發(fā)展。CD4+輔助T細(xì)胞(Th)在調(diào)節(jié)免疫反應(yīng)中發(fā)揮重要作用,最近有研究顯示,除了Th1/Th2失衡以外,Th17/Treg失衡在一些自身免疫病、炎癥性疾病和代謝性疾病如2型糖尿病中發(fā)揮重要作用。肥胖是已知的導(dǎo)致2型糖尿病進(jìn)展的主要危險(xiǎn)因素之一,而且肥胖與低度炎癥相關(guān)。目的探討2型糖尿病病人肥胖和是否存在Th17/Treg失衡及其與促炎因子和抗炎因子的相關(guān)性。研究設(shè)計(jì)本研究招募110名2型糖尿病病人,以尿白蛋白/肌酐比率(UCA...
