目的:探討基于腫瘤全域的表觀擴散系數(shù)（ADC）灰度直方圖參數(shù)與前列腺癌的病理分級及淋巴轉(zhuǎn)移之間的關系。方法:回顧性分析經(jīng)手術病理證實為前列腺癌且術前接受MRI檢查的病例82例,將ADC圖像導入Firevoxel后處理軟件,聯(lián)合運用SPSS24軟件,得出一系列ADC灰度直方圖參數(shù)值(ADC_mean、ADC_median、ADC_25%、ADC_75%、熵及直方圖寬度)。比較各參數(shù)在高危與中低危組間、淋巴轉(zhuǎn)移陽性組與陰性組間差異,并分析有統(tǒng)計學差異參數(shù)的診斷效能。結果:（1） ADC_mean、ADC_median、ADC_25%及ADC_75%在高危組均顯著低于中低危組,[（590±120）×10^-6 mm²/s vs（837±142）×10^-6 mm²/s、（560±117）×10^-6 mm²/s...
